Mr. Lemon, Baby Mandarin and Mrs. Orange ...

Orange peels are a precious resource. We will prepare a very fragrant 'citrus detergent' for cleaning  dishes and a 'citrus degreaser'

Ingrediants:

400 gr of orange peels or other citrus fruits, 

which we can also mix together

300 ml of white vinegar

800 ml of tap water

200 g of fine salt

Cut the orange peels into small pieces.

Let's put them in the blender with 400 ml of water (half of what is needed for the entire preparation) and proceed to blend everything, but we don't have to worry if at this stage we don't get a liquid with a creamy consistency.

Pour the mixture into a pot, along with the remaining water, vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes, always stirring because the preparation will tend to stick to the bottom.

Turn off the heat and if the mixture is not yet creamy, use an immersion blender to further mince the peels and obtain a fragrant cream, which in addition to cleaning dishes and dishes will help fill the house with an intoxicating scent.
