Felisha is getting bored with her life at home,
so she decides to innovate Pep Bows,
and to create an assembly line of making
pep bows for cheerleading squads,
making her self become an eight year old
entrepreneur. She wants to find
out how to make the bows the fastest
ways and to have them the highest
quality they can be.

Felisha does some research on Frederick Taylor
and uses his method on timing the workers on
her self. She does this a few times and then finds
out the best and fastest ways that she can make
the pep bows.

Felisha soon faces another problem. Light.
She works in her basement and her basement
doesn’t have lights that work, so she goes up
to get some gas lamps to help her see. While she
is going to get them, her mom gives her a whole
lecture about how the lamp wouldn’t have been
invented is it weren’t for Rockefeller, who
invented kerosene, making the gaslamp possible.

Felisha goes back down to
the basement to work on her
bows. At the end of the day,
she had made quite the supply
of Pep Bows, in all different colors.

The next day Felisha goes to a cheer leading
squad and sells them 500 bows.The only
problem is that she made 200 bows yesterday,
and doesn’t have enough supply for the
demand of the cheer club. Also, she didn’t
have enough capital to make more bows, so
she needed an investor to give her money to
fund her company, and help her buy the
materials to make bows.

So she went to her dad, Daquan, and he gave her 150 dollars,
but under one circumstance. She had to pay him back all of
the money. And because he gave her that 150 dollars, he owns
a part of her “Company”.

A few days later, she had all of the bows made
her and her dad were going to deliver the bows.
While they are riding in the car, Daquan tells
Felisha about how Ford innovated the car, just
like she innovated the pep bows, to make it
faster, more affordable, and with interchangeable
parts, just like her bows with interchangeable diamonds.

Once Felisha and her dad get there, and sell
them the bows, the consumers recommend
Felisha to go to another squad and sell them bows.
So her and her dad go to “X-treme Cheer” to sell
bows and make more profit.

When Daquan and Felisha got to “X-treme Cheer”
and tried to sell them some bows, they told them
that they just bought some from another girls
company named “Fab Bows” Felisha asked for her
phone number and called her up.

When she talked with the owner of “Fab Bows”
Mercedes, they decided to combine their companies for the better.
Their Company name was “Star Light Bows” and they made
quite the profit. The next day, Mercedes and Felisha decided to get
a patent on their name, and product.

They filled out many papers and
the patentwas pending for a while,
but they finally got it.

In the end, the risk was worth taking
because the reward was much bigger
in the end. Felisha payed her dad back
the 150 dollars, but he is still an active investor
in her company.
