I bought a traditional dish, perhaps the only one not containing beef, called Naklantanou Chermelin, which was pickled cheese salve with pepper, garlic and spices. To be able to eat it, however, I had to buy a loaf of bread. I started to eat greedily my meal, almost to chew it. After I finished, I started walking in the small alleys of this big city, until my legs brought me in front of the well-known Prague Castle. As soon as I saw this huge building, a memory came to my mind: me, with my little sister and my father, to present a small theatrical play to our family. I was the brave knight who saves the beautiful princess, my sister, from the dragon, my father.
