StoryJumper Refund and Cancellation Policies

I. Refund Policy

StoryJumper physical books are custom manufactured for you. After you order a physical book, we generate an online sample book that you must review and approve before we can proceed with your order. If you find errors in the sample book, we give you the opportunity to repeatedly modify the book and then we'll generate an updated sample book for you to review. You should only approve your sample book when it looks perfect to you. The physical book that you receive should look like the approved sample book.

Therefore, refunds are only allowed if the physical book is damaged when it is delivered to you or is significantly different than the sample book that you approved. If you approve an online sample book that contains errors (e.g. cut off text, misspellings, etc...), then your order does not qualify for a refund or free reprint.

II. Cancellation Policy

As described in the Refund Policy above, after you order a physical book, we generate an online sample book that you must review and approve before we can proceed with your order. If you find errors in the sample book, we give you the opportunity to repeatedly modify the book and then we'll generate an updated sample book for you to review. You don't need to reorder your book. You should only approve your sample book when it looks perfect to you.

Therefore, cancellations are only allowed before you approve your sample book. Once you approve your sample book, your order is final and cannot be cancelled.
