It was the end of winter. Almost spring. March.
A little bunny was hungry, but he couldn't find food anywhere. He was afraid of going to the village. He heard from the forestmen about a terrible virus called Corona Virus.
"I will go there and see if it's so terrible" - said Carrot the bunny.
He went and he saw people in masks, keeping distance from other people. He was terrified. Is is only in Poland like that?
He decided to write letters to his foreign freinds.

Bunny firstly wrote the letter to his friends in Turkey. He wanted to learn about the virus in Turkey. He started to write his letter:
" Hi dear friends! People in Poland wear mask because of Covid-19 virus around the world. It is a new virus and we don't know what we will do. How about you? How are people in Turkey? How can people avoid from virus? I am looking forward to your letter.
Best wishes!"

Bunny didn’t follow the rules. One day he felt sick. He got a fever and he coughed a lot. Bunny decided to go to the vet, with his mask.
"Hello, dear friend"- said the vet. "What's the matter?
You look sad today."
" I'm not feeling well"- answered Bunny. " I feel weak and have a cough". The vet did a covid test and it was positive.
Bunny had a quarantine. He felt sad and lonely.
His family brought him food at the door, every day. Bunny was so bored that he decided to write a book about his all adventures and how to behave when covid is everywhere. His Polish friends wrote to him letters everyday. They were worried about their friend.

Soon, Bunny got better and his quarantine ended. He was so happy that he is all healthy and better. The animal organized an online party.
In the evening he wrote a letter to his European friends and wrote about his quarantine and about his awesome online party.
Dear eTwinning friends,
I'm so happy that I feel better. How are you? Do you go to school? Waiting for the answer,
Your friend Bunny

Spring in Poland .....

Dear Carrot Bunny,
In Poland schools are closed now. We have online education. Now it's spring in Poland. Everything comes back to life. Flowers begin to bloom, hibernated animals wake up.
Every day the sun starts to rise earlier. Days are becoming brighter and warmer.
Spring is the happiest time in the whole year.
We invite you to Poland.
Best wishes!

Dear Carrot Bunny,
We are students in the 5th grade from Croatia. We heard from our Twinning project partners that you were ill. We are glad that you are better after the quarantine and we would like you to visit us in Croatia, in the province of Slavonia.

We go to school now, but we wear masks. Because now the measures related to Covid have relaxed a bit, we would like to visit and see our town of Đakovo and its surroundings together with you. Đakovo is a small town, but it is famous for the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul and the stud farm where Lipizzaner horses are bred.
The Đakovo embroidery event is being held in Đakovo in July. It is a cultural event where we nurture our traditions and customs. We look forward to your arrival.
Greetings from Đakovačka Satnica (Croatia) by Slavica A., Tena H. Daniel P. Martin R., Iva R., Mihaela V. Ivana T., Nika V. and Lucija V. Anđelina P. Mia V.
When Carrot Bunny received letters from letters from his friends living in other countries, he learnt much information about covid-19 virus. He shared information how to save the world from the virus. People should be vaccinated. They should pay attention to the mask, distance and hygiene rules.
Thanks for partners and their students who have written this tale book.
