HAYRİYE HİLAL KILIÇASLAN'S TEAM ‘ S STORY (VALUES - FRIENDSHIP)
In a corner of the garden , Enes was playing with the “Crane Bird” that he made with origami by himself with the glasses that his mother forced him to wear in the morning. On the other side of the garden the children were so busy in their games that they did not even know that Enes was present. And Enes, as always, felt so lonely and left out.
Our hero, Adventurer , felt very lonely in this place where she had just arrived and did not know anyone she could feel it. At that moment, Enes, who was alone like herself in a corner of the garden, caught the attention of the Adventurer. She approached him and said :
----- Hello, I’m Adventurer, what's your name ?
Enes was not used to being talked to and being taken care of. He was both surprised and happy.
----- Hello ,I’m Enes .Enes said. Timidly but smiling.
----- Why are you alone here ,why don't you play with others?
------ I'm not very good at the games they play, so they don't invite me to their games. He was a little embarrassed while he was touching his glasses.
Meanwhile ,the Adventurer took her glasses out of her pocket and examined the Crane Bird in Enes’ hand. Enes was surprised when he saw this.
----- Do you wear glasses too?
She said “Yes, sometimes I need it “and She put it back in its holster . Enes was very happy about that too.
----- Have you made the Crane Bird in your hand by yourself? How did you learn how to do it? It is very beautiful, Adventurer said.
----- I have learned it from the last book I read , Enes said.
----- Really ? I also learned how to make a Crane Bird from a book I read before. Is the name of the book “ Sadako “? Asked Adventurer.
----- Yes , Enes said , his eyes shining . We have a Book Club . And we read a book every week and then chat about it. And you know they are my only friends that teach me friendship. I feel very precious and happy there.
----- I understand you very well. I'm new and alone here too, the Adventurer said.
----- Do you want me to introduce you to them ? Enes asked .
--- Of course I would love to , said Adventurer.
Together they went to the Book Club and Enes introduced Adventurer to all of his friends.
----- My friends are F. TAHA A.,İLAYDA T.,DEFNE,BETÜL D.,ECRİN ECE E.,METEHAN,FATIMA,BEKİR A.,ELIS T.,ANTANIO F. and ANTANIO G.

HONESTY
Mert and Hakan were two very good classmates. They would always travel together and play games together during the breaks. They studied together.
One day, Hakan offered his friend to go to the nearby park after school and play a game.
Mert:
- Did you forget, Hakan said, we have a very important test tomorrow.
Hakan:
- I know Mert, I haven't forgotten. We play a little, then go home and work.
Mert could not stand Hakan's insistence and accepted the offer. They went to the park and started playing games. They did not understand how the time passed. They played games until it got dark. There was someone watching them from afar in the park. Adventurer.
The Adventurer enjoyed watching the plays of these two children. Seeing the children happy also made Adventurer happy. But he was a little surprised that the kids were out so late. He went to the children.
- Hi guys. My name is Adventurer. What is your name?
The children looked at the person who came to them in surprise. Adventurer didn't look like a bad person.
Mert:
- Hello there. I'm Mert, my friend Hakan.
Adventurer:
Guys, I'm watching you. You play very nice games, you look very happy. But aren't you late to go home? Your family is curious about you.
Mert and Hakan looked. They were really late home. They didn't have much time to study for tomorrow's exam anyway. These two friends said goodbye to Adventurer and ran to their homes.
Both were very tired. After dinner, his mother asked Hakan if you had any homework or exam. Hakan told his mother that although there was a Mathematics exam, he had no homework or exam. This is how Mert deceived his family. Both had lied to their families. Because they were so tired that they wanted to sleep as soon as possible.
The next day, they met on the street and went to school together. On the way, Mert told Hakan that he could not work for the evening exam and that he lied to his mother saying that he had no exam.
Hakan:
Mert and Hakan's exams were very bad that day. His teachers read the final lesson exam results. Both got very low grades. After school, the two friends went to the park again. But this time they were not playing games. They were talking about what to do.
Mert:
Hakan:
Adventurer, who listened to the speeches of Hakan and Mert from afar, went to the children.
Adventurer:
- Hi guys. I saw you sad today. Is there a problem? Would you like to share with me?
Mert:
Adventurer:
Hakan and Mert looked at each other. They left without saying anything to the Adventurer. They talked about what to do along the way. They decided to hide it from their families.
When they got home in the evening, they both said nothing to their families. But they were very unhappy about this incident that happened to them during the night. Moreover, they could not study for the exam tomorrow out of sadness.
They met again the next day, where they always met and went to school. They were both very unhappy. Neither of them wanted to go to school. Because they were ashamed of their teachers and friends. They went to the park without going to school.
The Adventurer, sitting in the park and watching the birds, was surprised to see the children in the distance. He immediately went to them.
Adventurer:
Hakan:
Adventurer:
- Guys, I want to ask something. Has your problem been resolved when you hide your family members and you cannot be honest with them?
Mert:
- No. Our problem has not been solved. Moreover, we have started to have more problems now. We can't go to school because we don't study for our Turkish exam. Even if we go to school, we will get low grades in this class. And by evening we'll probably have to lie to our family one more time to be dishonest.
Adventurer:
Hakan:
Adventurer:
The children quickly went to school, this time listening to Adveturer. They caught the teachers before they went to class. Mert and Hakan honestly told their teachers about the events they had experienced in the last 2 3 days.
Kemal Teacher:
- Guys, congratulations to both of you for realizing your mistake and being honest. Because of your honest behavior, I will test you tomorrow in Mathematics and Turkish Lesson. I am sure you will get very good results from both courses.
Hakan and Mert promised their teachers that they would work hard. When the lesson was over, they ran and went home. First, they told their families about their recent experiences and their mistakes. "You've seen how bad the consequences are for lying to their families," he said. After that, they said you should be honest no matter what mistake you made.
As promised to their teachers, Hakan and Mert worked hard and got very high marks in all lessons.
Report day had come. They took their report cards and immediately went to the park. They wanted to show the Adventurer their report cards. Adventurer was waiting for them in the park. They proudly showed the Adventurer their report cards.
Adventurer:
- Guys, I congratulate you. Not only because you worked hard and were successful, but also because you realized your mistake and decided to be honest.
Mert:
- Thank you very much, Adventurer. Thanks to you, we were able to correct the mistake we made before it was too late. We learned how important a virtue honesty is. Good thing we got to know you.
Adventurer hugged the children and:
"Goodbye guys, new adventures await me," he said and set off for new adventures.

TOLERANCE
The door opened and the Adventurer entered. The children were very excited.
The author of the stories that they all read with curiosity was in front of them.
The excitement in the hall was read through the children's eyes. The children's voices were replaced by curious eyes, and the noise gradually faded.
He approached the area where adventurous children formed a circle. He looked at them with smiling eyes. He sat up with each of them and sat on the chair in the middle of the field.
Excitement gave way to curiosity. The children were eager to ask questions. One of them, Ali, succumbed to his excitement and tried to ask questions aloud. His friend Zafer, who was sitting next to him, took Ali's arm and warned him harshly. The adventurer saw this and said;
Adventurous,
- One day I sat down on a bench to rest. A young man was sitting on the bench opposite me. The empty space was left only next to him. An old uncle went there to sit, but the younger didn't give a seat. "Can I sit?" he asked. Young;
- Is there no other place? He said, and gave it room unwillingly.
The old uncle sat down and a little later handed a piece of bagel from his bag to the young man.
The young man was ashamed of what he said. He apologized to his uncle.
I realized that even if we make mistakes, the tolerance shown in return can lead us to the right.
Zafer turned to Ali and apologized. Ali also understood that he had to be more careful.

HELPFULNESS
Adventurer arrived at Tavşanlı at first light in the morning. The sun was shining so beautifully that she couldn't open her eyes. The trees around her were shining so beautifully that she couldn't take her eyes off it. As she looked around admiringly, she noticed the "Rent a Bike" sign. At that moment, she wanted to ride this beautiful city by bicycle
When she arrived at the shop, a lovely uncle greeted her. He gave her a discount on the bike rental price, telling her that you are today's first customer and our guest. She was ready to tour the city now. She noticed that she was very hungry while riding her bike with pleasure.
Looking for a place to have breakfast, suddenly the front wheel of her bike went into the pit and Adventurer fell to the ground. She immediately stood up, but noticed that the wheel of the bike had exploded. At the time, she felt a pain and wetness in her knee.
She heard the sound of children in a schoolyard as she tried to stand up. A few students were also running towards her. They immediately told her ‘’Get well soon’’ and lifted her bike. They helped her to get on her arm and walk to school. A student called a teacher and she cleaned and bandaged the wound on her knee.
Everyone introduced themselves one by one. They showed her a sofa to rest in the teachers' room. She was very happy with the hospitality of these warm-blooded people but she couldn't stop her eyes from closing with exhaustion.
The Students : Where do you come from?
Adventurer : I come from Eskişehir and then I will go to Burdur.
Yusuf: Don’t worry , your bike is at the mechanic now.
Adventurer: Thank you so much.
Ceyda : Our friends really want to meet you but now they are working at the festival.
Adventurer : Who are they ? I want to meet them.
Ceyda : They are Yağmur Berra, Fatıma, Hatice Zümra, Mehmet Yiğit, Elif Feyza, Zeynep, Hilal , Elif Beray.
Yusuf : If you are OK, let’s go to the garden and meet them.

Adventurer in Burdur
Adventurer, who saw a puddle in the distance as the bus approached Burdur, asked the person sitting next to it about this puddle. Having received the answer to Burdur Lake, Adventurer looked sadly at the view of the lake from far away. The lake was very dry. After the lake receded, people started farming in the arid lands around it. As soon as the adventurer arrived in Burdur, the first thing he wanted to do was go to the lakeside.
He conveyed this request to Ecrin, who met him at the bus station. Ecrin took Adventurer to the edge of Burdur Lake. They got out of the car and walked to get to the lakeside. After getting information from the officials about why the lake was so dry, they took a souvenir photo and left the edge of the lake. Ecrin hosted the Adventurer to his house in Bucak. Ecrin, who lived in Bucak, a charming district of Burdur, and her grandfather lived with them, along with her family. His grandfather was the first to greet them at home.
Ecrin's grandfather: Welcome, my son.
Adventurer: Welcome, sir. How are you doing?
Ecrin's grandfather was very happy in the face of Adventurer's respectful attitude.
Ecrin: Respect for elders is very important in our culture.
Ecrin's grandfather started to chat with Adventurer. Talking about the importance of respecting elders in Turkish culture, his grandfather later left and retired to his room. Ecrin and Maceracı also went to their rooms to rest.
The next day, Ecrin took Maceracı to his own school, Bucak Mehmet Akif Ersoy Primary School. Ecrin introduced Adventurer to his friends at school, Muhammed Ensar, Ulaş, Muhammed, Edanur, Mukaddes, Berra and Hatice. They were very hungry while visiting the school. They went to the canteen to feed their bellies. There were too many lines in the canteen. Ecrin did not want to stand in line so as not to keep her guest waiting. He pulled towards the safe.
Ecrin: Come on, let's get in line.
Adventurer: Why?
Ecrin: It is a great disrespect to get ahead of people waiting in line. It would be better for us to queue up
Adventurer: Yes, you are right. People should treat each other with respect. I understood my mistake. Sorry.
After returning home from school, the Adventurer packed his bags and asked Ecrin for permission to continue on his way. Ecrin and his friends took Adventurer to Antalya and left him to the airport. Adventurer thanked Ecrin and his friends and set off for Bulgaria by plane.
Adventurer was embarrassed by what he did in the school canteen and promised to always be a respectful person from now on.

HAPPINESS
Adventurer, continued his journey in search of values in various countries. He realized that what he needed most was a beautiful sunny day, perhaps in Italy. They told him that in the South there was a very nice city where old friends lived and especially the children of the Primary School in via Milelli IC Zumbini, whom he had got to know just this year.
During the journey he thought of all the sad people he had known, their difficulties, their malaise. After all, he too had thought little of himself in the last period.
“Who knows what Cosenza will be like!”, He thought.
There were still a few minutes left and he would finally get to know the children and their school. In fact, he arrived in town around noon.
The city was very nice, it was divided into two areas, one more modern with streets and beautiful shops, the other ancient and suggestive on which stood a majestic castle, the Swabian Castle. Nearby was the Primary School in via Milelli. Here !!!, now he began to see her and he also saw the children there in front of the courtyard
He approached them and after introducing himself he said that he had come this far because he had a mission to fulfill: to find happiness. The children were wonderful and intrigued. They immediately showed themselves hospitable, they took him inside the school to let him visit it. Their eyes sparkled with joy and serenity. Maybe that was their secret, he thought.
where they could be together to study, play, smile, learn, share ideas.
Seeing their eyes sincere and full of life, his heart was opened and he was filled with so much tenderness and serenity; a beautiful feeling that was starting to make him feel good.
Then, while he was in the schoolyard with some kids, he thanked them saying that he had understood an important thing, that is, that happiness is to be found in the little things that happen every day, that it was enough to look for it in the smiles of the people, in the laughter of children, in the beauty of nature, in the love of neighbor.
