One early summer morning
Mr. Moreno,the bee keeper,
went to check on the honey
bee box to see how the bees
were doing in his garden.

He was happy to see his bees
lightly buzzing around the bee box
because it meant they were happy.
"This is going to be a wonderful
summer for honey," Mr. Moreno
said as he closed the lid to the bee
box.

As the morning sun welcomed
the day, a happy honey bee left
the bee box in search for more
flowers.

The happy honey bee flew into
the air and spotted a field of
daisies.
He landed on the soft white
petals of the daises and buzzed
all around the sweet flowers.
Buzz, Buzz, Buzz.

Then the happy honey bee left
the daisies and flew into a garden
of beautiful, colorful flowers.
Buzz, Buzz, Buzz.

He searched the garden and
landed on a bright pink sage
flower and it smelled sweet. Buzz,
Buzz, Buzz.

The happy honey bee buzzed all
over the garden, until he began to
get tired. So he went back to the
bee box to tell the other bees
about the garden he had found.

The next morning all the happy
honey bees went to visit the
newly discovered flower garden.
All you could hear was buzzing.
Buzz, Buzz, Buzz.

Later, when all the happy honey
bees arrived back at the bee box,
they began to make honey.

When the morning arrived, Mr.
Moreno went to lift the lid of the
honey bee box, and to his
surprise the happy honey bees
had made their honey.

He was happy with his honey bees
because they made the sweetest
honey that tasted like daises and
sage flowers.

With a smile on his face, Mr.
Moreno, the bee keeper, enjoyed
the wonderful honey made by his
precious, happy honey bees.
