Materials
-2 eggs
-A little less than 2 cups flour
-2 glasses of milk (half and half milk and water can be mixed if you wish)
-1 teaspoon of salt
-butter or oil for cooking
To prepare the pancake recipe, mix the flour, milk and water thoroughly until there are no lumps.
Add the eggs and beat some more. Dough to a more runny consistency than cake batter.
Put 1 teaspoon of butter or oil in a Teflon pan and spread it with a brush.
Pour 1 ladle of pancake batter into the hot pan, and spread it by tilting it left and right.
Turn both sides and cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Continue this process until all your mortar is used up. Our pancake recipe is ready, bon appetit.

From the presented quantities results 2 fluffy and fat cakes, baked in trays of 30 x 10 x 10 cm.
To prepare the cake recipe, mix the ingredients very well (flour, milk, eggs, oil, sugar, walnuts etc) until a fluffy dough is formed. Then bake in the oven.

5.Roll the dough and shape with your hands. Place it in a loaf pan.
6.Bake it in an oven at 180 degrees during 30-40'

INGREDIENTS:
150 gr. wholegrain wheat flour
350 gr. wheat flour
7 gr. salt
50 gr. oil
7 gr. yeast
50 gr. milk
230 gr. lukewarm water
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sugar
50 gr. drief fruit, seeds and/ or nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour some water over seeds and fruit and let them soak.
Pour some lukewarm water over dry yeast, honey and sugar, mix it all together leave it for a few minutes. Put milk and oil next.
Mix together flour, salt and yeast. Cover and leave it in a warm place to proof for 30 minutes.
Strain the seeds and leave them to dry. Once dry, add them to the batter mix it well and knead gently.
Take a baking sheet or pan, cover it in flour or oil to avoid sticking. Once done, pour in the batter.
When the batter is in, even out the surface and gently spray it with water.
Bake 15 minutes at 200°. Then reduce the temperature to 180° and bake for another 40 minutes.
Tastes best when still warm with light butter spread on top.

1. Stale breads are cut into cubes and placed on a greased tray.
2. Whisk 4 eggs, 2 small intestines of milk, half a tea glass of oil and 1 packet of baking powder.
3. The prepared mixture is poured on the bread and left in the refrigerator overnight if desired.

How to prepare
