`Welcome!´ says Philip Cummins ironically, who arrived in his
private helicopter. `We've been waiting ages for you! Time is
precious for me and I can't waste it!´
`Excuse me, but who are you?!´asks Sonia angrily.
`Nice to meet you, I´m Philip Cummins! I´m responsible for this
archaeological find. I found the ancient city of Karminia today
and I will excavate it and build the biggest archaeological site in
the world!´

What are you talking about?
I don't see any witnesses.

`What are you talking about?´says Sonia.
`I don't see any witnesses!´answers Philip while his
assistants take hold of them. `They will make sure you
disappear. I've already called the press for an
exclusive interview. Nobody can say who really made
this finding!´

I'm not sure about that.
`I'm not sure about that´says a man, appearing among
some trees with a camera `My name is Ian Print and
I'm a journalist from Edinburgh Evening Standard´.
Philip looks at him, surprised.
`I've come here to know about the discovery of the
lost city of Karminia but I've found something more
interesting´.

`There is some confusion. I'm...´, tries Philip.
`No, there isn't. You three are thieves. The police will
get in charge of you´
The journalist's assistants catch them. Philip shouts
`Let me go!´, trying to escape.
`It's fine´, says Simon `They haven't done anything
serious. They've just followed us´.
The police let them go. Philip looks angrily at Sonia and
her assistants, then they run away.

`Ok´, says Ian. `How about the expedition?´
The friends told him about the exciting journey and he
writes down all the details.
Sonia, Simon, Jasmine and Stella go back to Karminia. A
few days a newspaper reads:

ARCHAELOGIST DISCOVER LOST CITY, by Ian Print.
`Professor Peng, after many years of hard work and research,
managed to organize and incredible archaeological expedition on
Ben Nevis and brought the ruins of the legendary city of Karminia
out into the open´, says one of her colleagues.
Karminia, the red-roofed city, had disappeared many centuries
before because of an earthquake. And yesterday Sonia Peng, an
archaeologist, professor at York university, found it after a hard
search with her assistants.
But this is not the end of the story. A businessman called Philip
Cummins was accused of swindling.

Now, the professor and her assistants are working
together on a project:
`I've updated our website.
www.karminia_bennevis.co.uk...Anyone who visits
the site will find news, information and interviews!
You can even take a virtual tour of the city!´, says
Jasmine.
`I can't wait to take the first real visitors round!,´
adds Stella.
Philip and his assistants haven't appeared yet. No
one wanted to negotiate with Philip any more
because they knew he was dishonest.
