Why forests are in danger? 

We read the book"The Blackbird demands  the forest to be saved!" 

The hero, a bird called Blackbird, demands that the forest must be saved after the big fires.  Kotsyfas takes action to regenerate and protect the forests. He takes White Poppy's advice and, to raise awareness, suggests that all birds stop chirping. First of all the children understand why the birds are doing this original strike and decide to help save the forests.

Which  are the most frequent causes and how can we help?

FIRE! 

 Arsons or spontaneus?

What can we do?

- Light a safe fire in a forest under the 

- Don't light fires in summer with hot temperatures

-Don't light a fire when the wind blows

- When you are in the forest don't leave the place without checking that everything is safe

- When you light a small fire don't forget to spill some water before you leave.

Deforestation

We cut more and more trees to build houses, furniture or for fire in our fireplaces in winter. The more we cut, the less we have!

What can we do?

Use recycled paper wherever!
