One clear morning, on a green leaf in a cool forest, a drop of water, named Pica, woke up caressed by the warm rays of the sun. Full of curiosity, Pica set out to discover the world. Little did she know that she was about to embark on a fascinating adventure - the water cycle!
Chapter 1: The Dance of the Clouds
Starting to warm up, Pica felt lighter and, suddenly, she rose to the sky.
-What is happening to me? she asked, floating alongside other drops that had become vapor. -You are evaporated, Pica! explained a white and fluffy cloud that greeted her.
-Now we are together in the sky, traveling and transforming into smaller drops.
Chapter 2: The Beneficial Rain
Soon, the cloud that sheltered Pica darkened, becoming heavier and heavier.
-It's time to fall to the ground! a larger drop told her. Pica felt the wind carry her to the blooming garden. She landed on a yellow flower, rejoicing that she could feed it and give it life.

Chapter 3: In the depths of the Earth
After sliding off the flower petal, Pica slipped into the ground, joining a cold spring.
-Welcome to the heart of the earth! the other drops told her.
-Now we are preparing to reunite and set off for the river.
Chapter 4: The Journey to the Sea
Here, in the river, Pica discovered fish, frogs and other creatures that depended on water. Curious, she continued her journey until the river flowed into a blue sea.
-What a wonderful place! she exclaimed. In the sea, she danced through the waves, along with other marine creatures who admired the setting sun.
Chapter 5: Returning home
After a while, the sun began to warm up more. Pica felt herself rise again, along with other drops.
-We are returning to the sky! she said excitedly. Thus Pica understood how important each drop is for life.
Moral of the story:
Each drop of water has an essential role on Earth. Like her, we learn to value and protect water, the source of life!
