Η μαμά ρώτησε το λύκο, αν είδε τη κόρη της. 

Ο λύκος της είπε να ψάξει πίσω απ' το μεγάλο δέντρο.

Mamma mārīte devas tālāk meklēt meitu un nonāca pie krūma, pie kura atrada skaistu punktainu futbola bumbu. Bumbai virsū sēdēja mazā mārīte. Mārīte sauca: “Mammu! Bumbai ir arī melni punkti, kā mums!”

Mom ladybug went further to look for her daughter and reached a bush where she found a beautiful spotted football. A little ladybug was sitting on the ball. The ladybug called out: “Mom! The ball also has black spots, just like us!”

The owner of the ball arrives, sees the ladybug, puts it on her finger and gives it a kiss. The ladybug flies away with its happy mother.

The little ladybug said to her mother 'please mother, can we visit all schools and play with all the children everyday? I love playing with children, I like their kisses and I want to see all the different balls they have in their schools!' her mother said yes, and since then the ladybugs visit schools every spring!
