Paddington’s Recipes Book is a collaborative digital book created within a Paddington s European Adventure-eTwinning project , bringing together children from different European countries through the joy of food and cultural discovery.
During Paddington’s imaginary journey around Europe, each partner school contributes one or more simple, traditional recipes from their country.

Ingredients:

* boiled baby potates
* white yogurt
* sheep cheese BRYNDZA
* spring onion
* crispy bacon
* good mood
* love
* fun
Instructions:
1. mix yogurt and sheep cheese 2. cut the spring onion
3. hollow out and fill the potatoes




4. add toppings - crispy bacon and cutted onion
That´s it. Enjoy your snack!

Hi, Please let me know the ingredients!!


First, we crush the biscuits...


Then, we mix all the ingredients together


After that, we make small balls out of the mixture!

... the balls go into the sprinkles ...

... and Voila!!!

mmm ... delicious !!!

Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
2 eggs, flour,
almond flour, lemon, 2
orange,cocoa,
baking powder
chocolate
butter
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the eggs and butter, form balls and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minut

INGREDIENTS:
-Cake flour (wheat flour) — 240 g (1½ cups)
-Young spinach — preferably baby spinach — 200 g
-Fine sugar — 170 g
-Medium eggs — 3 (about 165 g after cracking)
-Vegetable oil — 120 ml (just under ½ cup)
-Baking powder and baking soda — 1 level teaspoon each

Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.

2. Mix sugar and butter.



3. Add the eggs.

4. Fold in the 250 g of flour mixed with the cinnamon and the bicarbonate baking powder.


5. Shape the dough into very thin rolls.



6. On a baking tray create irregularly shaped biscuits.
7. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

greek cheese pies
200 gr greek strained yogurt
500 gr all purpose flour
150 gr melted butter
180 gr olive oil
1 tsp salt
500 gr white cheese
1. we mix all the ingredients together with out cheese and we knead the dough

2. after knead the dough we cut it into small patties and fill them with white cheese and we bake them for 30 mins to 180 C in the oven
