The British Museum - the main historical and archaeological museum of the British Empire (now - the UK) and one of the largest museums in the world, the second most visited, among the art museums, after the Louvre.

It is one of the largest world museums, which stores works of art, Ancient Greece, Mesopotamia, Ancient Rome, Ancient Egypt, collection of medals and coins, engravings, drawings, ethnographic collections. All museum collections are located in 94 galleries with a total length of more than four kilometers.
