
Media Literacy aims to be individuals who can criticize and question any information regardless of its source and to raise individuals who are conscious of the negativities that will come in this direction. It has emerged in order to reduce the problems that may arise from the fact that information is transferred to people by using it in a distant, wrong way, and to take precautions against dangers. With the widespread use of mass media with the developing technology, people have started to use digital media and social media too much. Communication tools are used by young people and even very young children. However, in addition to its very beneficial features, it is also used by malicious people for malicious purposes. In this case, it is aimed to raise people who read, interpret and criticize the media properly in order to protect our children and youth.
