Eggs are rich sources of all the essential proteins needed for human health. One egg contains 7 g of protein, with 4 g coming from the egg white and 3 g contained in the yolk. Egg whites contain over 40 kinds of proteins, some in very low concentrations.
The egg is a great source of protein – egg protein is known as the “complete” protein – which means that it has all the vital amino acids necessary for muscle building. Egg protein is actually the standard by which all other types of protein are judged.

Our opinion about the project
Cecilia - The project's activities captivated me and my students. I am delighted with the collaboration, thank the founders for accepting us in this project.
Sebastian - I liked to do this project because i learned very much informations and i socialized and coopered awesom with nu partners(friends)
Patrik - In my opinion was a thriling project, in wich our teem worket very well and it was very fun. He have learned new things about proteins and how they work in our bodies.

Zviad Tordia(GEORGIA)_ I liked theproject Protein is a molecule of life that allowed me to learn more about the structure and importance of proteins. Also it helped me to integrate English with the natural sciences. For me, relations with foreign peers is important. I learned their works. From my page in twinspace I congratulated them on the holidays.
Giorgi Soselia (Georgia)_ Project "Protein is a molecule of life", was the first English language project for me. I enjoyed working on the project activities with my friends I got a lot of information about proteins as vital molecules ... I would like to participate in similar projects.
