Ingredient
5-6 pieces of daily yufka -1 large bowl of crumbled white cheese - Chopped parsley (Optional)
Inner Sauce;-1 cup yogurt - 1 tea cup of oil - 1 teaspoon of salt -2 eggs - 3 tablespoons yoğurt - 4 tablespoons of oil -1 flick salt
Directions
1. Whisk the sauce ingredients for the inside of a bowl. 2. The dough is laid on the counter. The sauce is brushed all over the dough with a brush. Lots of cheese crumbles. 3. Divide the dough into 4. 4. Roll the dough and roll around like a rose. They are all made in this way and stacked on a greased tray. 5. For the sauce ingredients are whipped in a bowl and brushed over them. 6. Cook in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees until golden brown.

BEAN STEW - a Serbian national dish

Clean,wash and soak the beans.Let it boil,and process the first water.
Chop 2 smaller onions,bay leaves,and some carrots, and add to the beans.
You can add some dried meat,ribs, or bacon.
Cook about an hour and half to two hours.
When the beans are cooked, put some oil in a frying pan , flour, pepper and stir it well.This goes to the beans. Add dried herbs,spices and salt.

Slavski kolač /The Slava Loaf

Serbian Traditional bread - Slavski kolač (The Slava Loaf or Ritual Bread). The Slava Loaf or Slavski kolač is an important part of the celebration of a Serbian family's patron saint day called Krsna Slava. It is made of plain (wheat) flour with yeast and is mixed with the holy water, which had been blessed by a Priest a few days earlier in a special religious ritual.

Ingredients:
2 packages active dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 1/2 cups warm water
1 teaspoon salt,1 cup butter, softened, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons sugar, 6 to 7 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour, 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water

Preparation: Dissolve yeast, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour in 1/2 cup warm water. Set aside. In large bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups warm water, salt, butter, eggs, lemon rind and juice, and sugar. Add proofed yeast and about 4 cups flour and beat well. Add remaining flour gradually, beating well, until dough is stiff. Knead as for bread, about 5 minutes by machine or 10 minutes by hand, and put in a greased bowl to rise. When double in size, knead again briefly. Reserving a handful of dough to decorate top, make a round loaf. Put in a well-greased 9-inch round, 3-inch deep pan. Decorate the edge of the loaf with a braid and a cross in the center
Cutting of the Slava loaf is the culmination of the Slava ritual. The ritual is performed on the very day of the Slava, in the presence of all family members.

Mince Pita
Dough ingredients:
1 cup warm water-1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar-1 tsp salt
3, 5 cups flour-Interior materials:
200g beef mince-2 medium tomatoes
2 medium onions-3 pieces of paprika (paprika))
Black pepper, red powder, cumin
Grated cheddar cheese
For the above:
Butter
Yolk

Preparation of internal mortar:
We take the mince into the bowl.
We chop the tiny chopped onions, chillies and peeled tomatoes into cubes. We put in the bahatats and mix them up.Preparation of dough and preparation of pita:
First, put 2 cups flour in the mixing bowl.We open it, add yeast, warm water, salt, sugar and start kneading. We add the remaining flour and get a dough that sticks slightly to the hand.We cover it to ferment and leave it to ferment for 1 hour.We divide our fermented dough into meringues.
