Once upon a time there was a very famous quarrel between Akerbeltz and Zezengorri, two inportant spirits from the basque country.It happened a long time ago Akerbeltz lived in Gorbeia Natural Park.

In one of those green fields on the park,surrounded by trees and flowers.Akerbeltz was a spirit with the form of a black goat and he was the protector of the domestic animals and guide of witches and wizards.

Zezengorri and another protagonist of this story lived in the park,but inside the cave.Zezengorri was another spirits with the appearance of a red bull. Some times,he threw fire through his nostrils and mouth,burning his enemies;another times.On the contrary,Zezengorri remained in the darkness of his cave,protecting this place.He used to get really angry if someone entered his cave or violated the peace and silence of the cave;then,he became really evil and frightening.And this is how the story began

Akerbeltz met witches and wizards, who were his friends, on Mondays and Fridays. They called these meetings "Akelarreak" and they used to dance till very late at nights in these Akelarreak.

One night Akerbeltz made one of this Akelarreak with wizards and witches. They dance many hours till dawn. Later, he passed through the cave of Zezengorri until making too much noise and waking Zezengorri up. At the moment, the fight began. 

Zezengorri didn´t like noise so he went out of the cave and threw fire through his mouth to Akerbeltz. Akerbeltz got really angry and they started to fight. None of them won but their ceremonity started that morning.

The following days they continued fighting and annoying one to other one. Zezengorri used to steal Akerbeltzs food when he was sleeping.Akerbeltz tried to destroy the Zezengorris cave throwing stones to it.

They were trying to make the others life impossible. After some months of continous arguments, the animals living in the Gorbeia Natural Park were really trired of this situation. So all the animals met together to look for the solution to this problem. They decided to talk to Akerbeltz and Zezengorri but this didn´t solve the problem.They were desperated so they thought to ask for help to a very powerful witvh, Mari. Mari, who lived next to them in the Anboto montain, was a friend of both of them and she was very intelligent so all the aimals and people of the Basque Country used to obbey her.

After listening to the animals of the Gorbeia natural park,she decided to help them to slove the problem between Akerbeltz and Zezengorri.She created a plan.

One day,Zezengorri arrived at his cave and he saw some flowers at the entrance of it.He didnt know how had left them there.But he was really happy to find that present.

The following day,he found some stones on the floor with the shape of "Story".He didnt known whose present o.k,but he was surprised and happy again.Some animals of the park started saying that was Akerbeltz´s present.

The same happened to Akerbeltz.Every time he went to his house to do the akelarre,he found a gift.One day it was a piece of meat.Another day was wood to make the bonfire. I didnt know who has responsible for these gifs but he felt very happy.

The small animals in the park told him but it was Zezengorris idea.A way to say forgivenes and be good friends.The trutht is that it was not Zezengorri gifs to Akerbeltz.It was everything made by Mari.But his idea was good.Zezengorri and Akerbeltz wanted to support each other and became friends again.

One day, Akerbeltz went to visit Mari in Anboto and when he entred,he found a towards(who have the prensent to Akerbeltz and Zezengorri)

Then he ran quickly where Zezengorri,was told him that the gift was all done by Mari. Zezengorri told him that Mari made some presents.So,bouth thought they had to make a trap to Mari.The trap was colocated on a tree of Akelarre.

After finding out the two of them went to Mary and mode her a trap saying that they would wait for him at the night of akelarre.

The night arrived and Akerbeltz and Zezengorri already had a trap placed on top of one of the akelarre trees.

Mari arrived and as soon as she got under the tree Akerbeltz and Zezengorri pulled the rope tightly.Then the trap had worked and Mari was angry and was screaming at screaming to let him go but they did not pay any attention to him.

These two characters more moving away from the akelarre.While they doing it,told to Mari that she deserved it and that until tomorrow they would no take a trap.

The next morning,Zezengorri and Akerbeltz went to look for Mari and when they found her they took her away from the trap.
