Stem What are the aims of education?
In the world where everything is constantly digitalized and technological devices are kept in the forefront, the education of children in this direction will be the best step forward. To develop themselves and to keep up with this age, especially in the field of IT training to become a professional stem is among the most necessary issues.

This system, which is composed of mathematics, technology, engineering and science fields, aims to educate students in the most equipped way. It is also a system programmed in this way with the aim of changing the students' perspective and that everything is a mathematical system.

This education, which allows different thinking, develops and develops students' abilities from pre-school period. It is possible to overflow from time to time even though a certain curriculum is acted upon

STEM is important because it pervades every part of our lives. Science is everywhere in the world around us. Technology is continuously expanding into every aspect of our lives. Engineering is the basic designs of roads and bridges, but also tackles the challenges of changing global weather and environmentally-friendly changes to our home. Mathematics is in every occupation, every activity we do in our lives. STEM activities provide hands-on and minds-on lessons for the student.
Making math and science both fun and interesting helps the student to do much more than just learn.
STEM education helps to bridge the ethnic and gender gaps sometimes found in math and science fields. Initiatives have been established to increase the roles of women and minorities in STEM-related fields. STEM education breaks the traditional gender roles. In order to compete in a global economy, STEM education and careers must be a national priority.
Programs outside of school can help children to see that STEM is more than a class to finish. Having activities that show real-life implication of STEM can pull together the ideas presented in school and help to show how they benefit our society and even our world as a whole. Children can see that what they are learning now is pertinent to their future and the future of the whole world, creating an interest often lacking when learning new concepts that do not seem to carry real-world application.

What Is STEM Education?
STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach. Rather than teach the four disciplines as separate and discrete subjects, STEM integrates them into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications.
Why is STEM Education Important?
A report by the World Economic Forum reveals that almost 65 percent of children today will end up in careers that don't even exist yet. The research conducted by the World Economic Forum in some of the world's leading companies, regarding what would be seen as the most important job skill in 2020, shows that the number one response is complex problem-solving. Other skills on their top ten list include critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
The importance of STEM education is intricately tied to society's technological and scientific advancements. The National Science Foundation maintains that students will need a strong foundation in STEM subjects in order to be successful in the information-driven age.
STEM education and the application of technology empowers every student to use their creativity and develop their critical thinking skills.

STEM is the English acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. These disciplines are considered fundamental for technologically advanced societies like ours.
In recent years, the term has been extended to STEAM, understanding that the Arts (hence the A) contribute to enhancing creativity and innovation, thus supporting the other four disciplines.
STEM: present and future of our society
You just have to take a look around us to realize that we are surrounded by STEM. These are the areas on which the development of the innovations that sustain our lives today is based. Both for work and for leisure, we use products and services generated from knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics every day: smartphones, means of transport, medical instruments ... Products and services that evolve thanks to R + D + i (Research, Development and Innovation) and that are a clear indication of a country's capacity to grow and produce.
Learn and apply
STEM disciplines have a clear applied approach. Therefore, the most important thing when we talk about STEM, is that it is not just about knowledge: the key is how you learn and how that knowledge is applied to real life. Thus, we also talk about STEM skills and attitudes.

This new teaching methodology makes Science available to all children, and fosters their interest in the scientific field through practical activities that allow them to connect with their environment and interpret and understand what surrounds them.
