Our EUro
Christmas Story!
Once upon a time, in a small town near a big forest, lived a little boy and a little girl. They were brother and sister.
In their house, there was a big decorated Christmas tree with colorful tinsels, bright baubles, angels, candy canes, lights and a star at the top. There was a fireplace with candles, holly and Christmas stockings.
On the table, there were crackers, gingerbread men, a Christmas pudding and a snowball with Santa and his reindeers inside.

Through the window ....there was a beautiful white landscape.
It was 24th December, 4.30 p.m and we were going to sing Christmas carols. On our Christmas table there was also roasted fish which reminded us of our grandfather who is a fisherman. And fish soup which reminded us of our uncle who is a cowboy.
Poppy seed cake made by my cousin who is an artist. Gingerbread made by my mum who is a baker. On our table there was also a beetroot soup. It was always prepared by our grandmother. Dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms were our dad's favourite treats.

And so Santa's sack was by the fireplace. There were lots of toys inside. A car and a deer for the boy, and for the girl a doll and a kitten. But that wasn't all. There was a baby carriage for the two, an airplane for the boy, and a box was another gift for the girl. What was there inside? A snowman's hat, dog ears, and a Christmas dwarf toy were all inside the sack.

Then, suddenly the door knocked and everyone in the room was looking at each other as if they were asking who may be outside. Because no one was waiting for anybody. Then later on, one of them thought of opening the door and there Santa Claus was laughing.
