On  23rd of june  it was  one of my friend's birthdays,  so my big sister and the rest of my friends  decided to go explore some of the caves.We are all so glad to get out of our house since we had been cooped up inside from the rain but the sun is shining for us today .

We entered the extraordinary darkness of the deep caves pumped to go exploring Mia said 'I`m excited to go back to have cake" and we continued on . After a while approximately 5 km into the caves I started to feel water rising against my ankles I shouted 'the water is rising" and started to run with my flash light and the others followed.'Come on lets go"said Samsara.

'Samsara there is no other way out we have been walking for so long " complained Mia ' Yeah what are we meant to do now we are just further into the caves ? "agreed Nevaeh.

I heard a noise ,I froze in fear.Not being able to see in the darkness. Tana shone her flashlight and saw a little bat 'it`s ok its just a bat" she whispered .

Using the flashlight we continued into the caves until we found a little shelve that we could all fit on to sleep on for a while. " Everyone huddle up to keep warm' said Nevaeh. "Well I`m going to sleep" I said 'me to" everyone replied '.There I lay thirsty,hungry and damp, then Mai sat up and and' we should

eating cake right now instead we here hungry"

We all woke up that morning or night it is hard to tell when your in a cave, darkness is darkness we have no idea what time it is but what we did know is It was time to find a way out and to find drinkable water .To remember where we are we decided to leave a trial of rocks. On the way we came across some bats

but it was impossible to find another way out we turned left and right there is no way out. But luckily we did find water .

We all woke up with no hope we were staving we did not know what to do. 'Nobody is coming to save us" sobbed Nevaeh 'come on keep hope" I said they all frowned ` at me 'this is it we are all going to die" mumble Tana sadly 'goodbye" I said we all lied down on the freezing hard rock preparing our self for death thinking about our family

I saw light piecing the darkness, I thought to myself here I go to heaven, goodbye world, I love you I hope my ,family knows I love them. God bless them and my beloved dog Lilly . But then the light did not go away. Tana shook me and whispered 'didn't you here the drilling ?somebody has come to save us" as she was pointing to the ladder that was been lowered down I into the cave.
