Dita, lived in an age in which global warming was increasing and environmental problems and natural disasters negatively affected the lives of living things. Dita was a helpful and happy girl. She was very curious and constantly researching life in the past years. She also had some ideas about what might happen in the future. The person who helped Dita in this matter was her father. Because her father was an inventor. He was both answering her questions and making a time machine for Dita. Dita is also helping her father and was excitedly waiting for it to end. That day, she went to their garage with her father, who got up early in the morning again, to get to work. Her father had a surprise for her. Now the time machine was over. Dita could now travel in time. Thus, she would travel to times she wondered about and see what was happening with her own eyes. Who knows, maybe she would make a lot of friends there.
Dita took all the items she needed to take with her and entered the time machine. Dita's journey has began.
After a few hours turbulence she arrived greener nature. She wanted to learn if the time machine was working or not.
She looked around and she surprised. She saw a lovely dinosaur. She could understand that time machine is work.
Dinosaur was also surprised too and asked Dita:
' What kind of dinosaur are you?'
Dita answered:' Im not a dinosaur, I’m a human.You may not know me.Because ı was coming 66 million years later.
A dinosaur said : ' A HUMAN? What does it mean?'
Dita explained that in their time there were no human beings and in our time there were no dinosaurs.

Dinosaur wanted to ask why weren’t we in your times and how can you know us?
Dita explained as far as she knew : ‘A big meteor crashed the Earth and everything burned and a lot of animal species got lost. The dinosaurs didn’t survive because of climate change on Earth. We learned dinosaurs from the fossils that we can find
After they talked a little bit the dinosaur showed the place where it lived.
Dita was shocked when it saw the dinosaur egg, because it was like a basketball ball.

They talked to each other for a long time. It was time for Dita to go. She said farewell to the dinosaur and got on the time machine.

At that time she thought of her friends Erva, Ceylin, Sara,Ecrin,Rita,Adolfo,Adil,Alperen,Vasco. If only they were here and they could meet dinosaurs too.
She decided to tell about it to them.

Dita didn't know where the time machine had landed, but she saw her father waiting for her and he wasn´'t alone! Her friends Zeynep, María, Ainoa, Inés, Gülse, Catarina, Kübra and Hatice, were also there! She was back in the 21st century!
- Hi, Dita. Hurry up, we have to go home and have dinner.
- Hi dad! I'm hungry! I have so many things to tell you! I saw dinosaurs and talked to them! Hi friends!
- Hi, Dita!! Help us load the machine in the car, before the Bengal tiger notices us.
Dita wanted to get closer and talk to the Tiger, but her father warned her:
- Be careful Dita! Tiger are dangerous animals, very territorial and solitary.

- Of course! They are carnivorous from the feline family, so they are cat relatives but not cats. The tiger is a powerful hunter!
The Bengal tiger is the most charismatic animal and a symbol of natural conservation and one of the most popular.
- Dita, they are very fast animals, so we better go to the car and leave now. We have to return home from India!

recently people are harming the environment. They are cutting down trees. The little animals that I can feed on are very few. I have a hard time finding food.
Dita says:
- I'm sorry. I want to help you. So I will go back and I'll tell the team E about the situation. I'm sure they do something for you. Then she goes her time machine.
She wants to go back but se has a problem, the time machine is broken. She understand the problem and says:
-The only way to solve this problem is to find the pungent element Arsenic. Lynx says:
- Don't worry ı can help you because ı smell very good. Together they find this element easily.

- Well ,I’m a meter long and have a very strong beak but I can’t fly because of small and weak wings. I love fruits and nutsJ We live in peace on the ground near ocean. So my nest is on the ground.
- I’m so sorry Dodo , sailors and their dogs came to your habitat and kill your kind. I read this from a science book about birds. I wish I could stop it but I can’t change the past.

Dita had to go back to her father, but did not want to leave Dodo, of all the animals that Dita met Dodo was the best and very kind to her.
Dita remembered Dodo is the extinct bird and started to cry softly.
- Dita, now can I ask you a question? Why you don’t know my kind? What happened to us and we aren’t known in 21th century.He felt upset and lonely.
Dita had to go back to her father, but did not want to leave Dodo, of all the animals that Dita met Dodo was the best and very kind to her.

They looked around but everywhere they look, it seems a stone mountain, buildings and more buildings and no biodiversity at all!

This time they went to the past time, 250 million years ago!
Suddenly Dita screamed and Harry looked back. Dita was in a cliff, Harry pulled up Dita.
When they look around, they saw some strange animals who look like giant alien bugs. The bugs seem very stressed. Dita realized that was the last day of trilobites!
‘’One second, what is a trilobite?’’ Harry asked.
‘’Trilobites are like bugs, they have really hard exoskeletons to protect them from danger, although they'll be soon extinct.’’
“Dita, didn´t trilobites were the first kind of life form to have complex eyes like the ants?” asked Harry.
“Yes, it’s time to go to the present… the climate is changing too quickly…” said Dita.

Dita and Harry were very happy to be back at present time. Our world still has very nice spots of great biodiversity. We must protect our world and preserve biodiversity.
“Dita, why did trilobites were extinct?” Harry asked.
“Scientists suggest that was the change in worldwide sea levels due to an early example of global warming” answered Dita.
“Many species can be extinct due to climate change” said Harry.
“Dita, what can we do? You should go into the time machine and find other causes for extinction!” Harry exclaims.
“Yes, I would like to know why the Mammoth were extinct but I just have to see the trilobites one more time and ... say goodbye” said Dita while she was going to the time machine.

After saying goodbye to trilobite,DITA started the time machine. When she opened her eyes,she found herself in a forest 4 million years ago.

Dita loved traveling with the time machine. He was able to recognize many animals that lived in the past that he was curious about. He saw that some of his ideas about the future were also correct.
But now he thought he had to deal with the present.
He would return home and tell all his friends what he saw. maybe he could even develop a project for living things that exist now but are under threat in the future. got into the time machine and thought of going home.
