Lena's Adventure

page 1: Burçin's pupils

Hello, my name is Lena. I am a puma. I have two babies. It is 3083 and all around the world animals and people are suffering because of drought, starvation and lack of water. Everyday is a struggle to find food and water. Thanks to my friend Bear Billy looks after the babies when I go hunting. One day when I was looking for food I explored a cave...

I saw a big rock that was blocking my way to the exit.

I tried to push the rock but it didn't work Then i wanted to give up but i saw a small hole in the wall, poked my claw and the hole was big enough so i could fit in there.

When i got out I went to see my babies. I saw them sleeping with Billy the bear. I thanked Billy, but realised that one baby was gone.

I was scared and worried. Billy was scared, too.  We started looking for a baby. We all went to look for him in the cave, but he was not there. Then we found another exit in the cave. We went out and saw a river. Near the river were friendly crocodiles and my baby. They drank water and laid in the sun. We were happy to find our baby and the river. We will no longer be thirsty.

Story No. 2:

Mia and Daisy

page 1: Edyta's pupils

Once upon a time there was a puma that was very generous and friendly. Everyone called her Mia. Mia had a little, busy friend – a bee called Daisy. They had known each other since childhood. Their friendship was really untypical. They met in the kindergarten where most animals had plain fur. Daisy was different, she had wings, brown and yellow stripes and she was an insect, in fact, she was the only bee among wild cats. All pumas except Mia bullied her because of her stripes, they called her names, laughed at her and they didn’t want to play with her. Daisy was very sad and lonely. She cried a lot. She didn’t want to go to this kindergarten and be a bee anymore. One day she painted her yellow stripes black and pretended that she didn’t have wings. She even tried to roar. All the pumas were confused.

On Monday Daisy had a wonderful day. All pumas wanted to play and talk with her. They didn`t recognize the bee. But on Tuesday a bad thing happend. A  butterfly flew to the kindergarten. The butterfly recognized Daisy and said  the truth to the pumas. They were not friendly again. Daisy went to Mia and they both spoke and thought what to do?

They worked on a plan to get over this problem. They wanted to teach everybody about respect for differences. Pumas underestimated Daisy just because she was smaller than them. But she had a talent: she could fly. So that could be the starting point of their plan...

It was a rainy day. The pumas were playing outside. Suddenly, they slipped on the mud and fell in a canyon. They shouted for help. Daisy heard them and told her family and bee friends. They found a broken tree. Bees put the tree on the cliff, so the pumas could climb up. After the pumas got out they thanked Daisy and other bees. The pumas were sorry that they bullied Daisy and wanted to be friends with her. Daisy forgave them and they lived happily ever after!

Story No. 3:

The Best Friends: Bella and Ziggy

page 1: Vita's pupils

Once upon a time there were two pets: a brown cat and a white and brown dog. The cat`s name was Bella and the dog`s name was Ziggy. They both lived on the same farm in a village. Their farm was near the forest.

One day Bella saw Ziggy near the pond in the garden and asked „Why are you so sad?“. Ziggy replied „I haven`t got any friends“. Bella said „Let` s be friends“. 

Now they are friends. They spend all days together and have many interesting adventures every day.

In spring before Easter they had a very busy week. They wanted to make presents for each other and their masters. Friends went to the forest and picked some plants, flowers and sticks. They made nice Easter baskets.

They wanted to make Easter eggs really much but they didn't have any so they decided to borrow some from Mrs. Potter's chickens. When they got to the chicken coop they met Mrs. Potter picking up the eggs. She was the nicest person that they have ever met. She was very pleased to meet Ziggy and Bella because she loved all animals. She shared her eggs with pleasure and told Ziggy and Bella how to colour them using different plants:

-You can use onion to colour eggs brown, beetroot to get pink, pasley to get blue, red cabbage to get purple, carrot or pumpkin to make your eggs orange. If you want, you can take these vegetables from my eco-friendly garden. They are fresh and healthy. 

Ziggy and Bella were in cloud nine. They had not only eggs but also veggies to make them colourful!

Ziggy found a big pot for colouring the eggs and Bella grabbed a bottle of water to pour inside. 

- Which vegetable are we going to use first, Bella?

- Let's try with carrots!

- Okay!

They were delighted to see how beautiful the eggs turned out to be!

The next day they went to hide

Easter eggs for their friends. 

But the eggs weren't there.

Ziggy and Bella were very upset. They looked for their eggs everywhere. They were dissapponinted, hopeless and tired. Then Mrs. Potter came and asked them why they were sad. They told that their eggs were lost. She started to laugh which makes Ziggy and Bella angry. She said "I've hid your eggs in case of any danger". Look your eggs are here." They were very happy again with their colorful eggs. 

Story No. 4: 

The Hidden Treasure

page 1: Dragana's pupils

Once upon a time,  there was a tiger who lived with his family in the rainforest. His name was  Pablo. Every day Pablo enjoyed playing video-games and watching action, fantasy, and adventure films. 

One day he decided to leave 

home and start his own 

adventure.

page 2: Vita's pupils

He decided to go for a walk and explore the forest. Pablo was surprised, he saw many nice plants, tall trees, small and big birds, bugs and animals. He met a very funny monkey. The monkey`s name was Tod. Tod suggested to 

be friends and they both 

went on and saw a very 

old tree with a hole in it.

They were curious to see

what was inside. They had 

a great surprise because  

they saw...

They saw a gate inside the tree. They couldn't believe their eyes. Initially they hesitated to enter it but they couldn't resist their curiosity. Behind the gate there was a forest. They started to explore it. There were different kinds of lovely flowers. There was a big lake. They felt themselves like in a dream. They continiued to go forward. They met somebody who surprised them very much...
