FAKE ACCOUNT by Dorota, V.A
James was usually happy at school. He liked playing football at lunchtime and joking with his friends. One day, everything changed. It started with a message. His phone buzzed in his pocket during the math class. When he checked it later, it was a screenshot of a fake account using his name and posting mean things about other pupils. Below the posts were comments such as: "James is such a loser.” or “Wow, James, why would you post something like that?” and “ Everyone hates you now.”
James´s stomach started to hurt. He hadn´t written any of those posts and he had no clue who created the account with his name. At lunchtime noone wanted to sit with him.
James didn´t want to go back to school the following day.
But then he remembered the note he had seen the previous day on the school pinboard. It said: If you experience something wrong online, turn to the Guardians of the School Cyberspace. You are not alone.
James took screenshots of the messages as the evidence and showed them to the Guardians, his mum and his class teacher. The Guardians found out very quickly who had made the fake account. It was his classmate who thought it was a good joke. Finally, the account was deleted and the classmate had to apologize in front of the whole class.
And James felt proud that he spoke up and trusted the Guardians and adults.

FALSE IDENTITY by Andrej, Simon and Theo, V.B
Noro, a 10-year-old boy from the school, used to spend a lot of time on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook and Messenger. He often pretended that he was another person. His fake name was Nicholas. Under this name he wrote bad things to the pupils from the school. Some of them were depressed and very sad, as he hurt their feelings badly. However, Noro was happy that he made others sad.
One day, his classmate managed to take the picture of Noro while he was writing another bad post about a girl from the school. He showed the picture to Emily and Sarah, the Guardians of the School Cyberspace. They started watching Noro and uncovered all the bad posts he had already written about the pupils from the school.
The guardians met with Noro, his parents and class teacher. He admitted that he had written the comments.
In the end, Noro was sorry for what he did and apologized to everyone. However, he lost their trust and had no friends.
Now, he is learning how to be a good friend and kind to others.
“It is kindness which can change the world for a better place and makes you a better person.”

CYBERBULLING by Michaela and Miriam, VI.A
A new girl at school came from Vietnam and everybody started laughing at her and bullying her. She was so much different from them and they didn´t understand her. She was very sad because of it and she told about it to her parents. They thought it would be a great idea to buy her a mobile phone which might help her to feel better.
And really, she was excited when she got her phone. She started using social media sites and posting videos and vlogs. She was proud of her work and liked making videos.
Then her classmates found some of her videos and started writting mean comments. At first, she didn´t tell her parents, but as there were more and more mean comments, she decided to talk to her mum about it. Her mum called the Guardians of the School Cyberspace.
They suggested them to make a presentation about her country and culture, so pupils at school learn something about her and might stop making fun of her. After the presentation at school, most of the classmates changed and started treating her kindly. Those who wrote mean comments apologized to her.
Instead of making fun of people for being different, try getting to know them better. Also learn to accept differences - they bring colours to our lives.

Cyberbullying by Ema, VI.B
It was a normal school morning. Emily was preparing her textbooks when Tobias called her to tell her about a new pupil coming to their class. Emily couldn´t wait to meet this new girl. On her way to school, she met Tobias, David, Mathias, later joined by Sarah and they talked the whole way.
A new girl was called Sullion and she looked very well. She was slim, had long black wavy hair, dark brown eyes and she was wearing lipstick on her lips and some make up. A teacher said that she came from Japan, and that her family moved here because they liked this town. When Sullion went to sit down, Emily greeted her but she didn´t reply back. She was called by a group of girls who were considered to be pretty and rich. She fitted in straightaway and all the boys‘ eyes were on her.
Then Sullion noticed one girl, Max, who was slightly overweight. Sullion whispered something to her and it brought tears to her eyes. Emily no longer had the good feeling about Sullion.
The next day Emily saw Sullion and her group of new friends insulting Max again. Then she saw Max crying. When Emily asked her what was going on, Max said that they were bullying her and making fun of her. This happened every day and every week. Once when Sarah went home with Tobias and David, they saw Sullion and her group cursing Max who was on the ground crying. Sarah shouted at them not to do that and Sullion just insulted her and ran away. They even made a video of bullying her and sent it to everyone they know. Max was horrified when she found it out and almost collapsed. However, she didn’t dare to tell anyone.
Emily, Sarah, Tobias, David, Mathias said that this was crossing all limits and went to tell the principal. The principal called both Sullion and them to explain.
At first, Sullion didn´t want to admit anything, but the guardians showed the principal the video. He was teriffied. Sullion and her friends were sent to a juvenile detention centre, because what they did was a crime. Max was fine and the school was quiet. From then on, Max joined the group and they dealt with other bullying.

BULLY by Nikola, VII.B
Ella was a 13-year-old girl. She was new in town. She moved because of her dad´s business. Max was a problematic student and also a bully.
Ella entered the school. She was walking to the principal office when she accidentally bumped into Max. Ella apologized, but Max just pushed her and yelled at her: “ Watch where you are going!”
Ella just looked at him with wide open eyes and replied: “ I´m sorry, I didn´t mean to.”
Max laughed and pulled her hair. Ella screamed with a pain and begged Max to let go of her hair. But Max just smirked and pushed her to the ground. If it wasn´t enough, he also took his phone and started recording her sitting on the floor and crying.
Then he heard footsteps, so he just shot her a glare and left.
The footsteps belonged to the guardians Emily, Mathias, Sarah and Tobias who ran quickly to help Ella. Emily asked her what happened and Ella told them everything. Since then, Ella and the guardians became friends.
A few days later they were walking down the hallway together when they noticed that other students were looking at them and whispering something to each other. Out of nowhere there came Max, walked straight to Ella and said in a mocking voice: “ Look, who´s there! Out new embarassing kid!”
He pulled his phone out and showed her the video he had made and he already posted on a school web. That was when other students started laughing. Ella was shocked and ran home.
She didn´t understand why Max was doing it. Her mum heard her soft sobs and knocked on the door. Ella told her everything and her mum comforted her.
What they didn´t know was that the actions started to be taken… The guardians approached Max and warned him that what he was doing could be considered as a crime. They asked him to delete the video. They also reported everything to the principal who called Max to the office. He was punished and ordered to apologize to Ella. He was also asked to arrange the meeting with a psychologist who would help him work out the reason why he tended to act like a bully.
However, Ella didn´t show up at school for several days, so she was not aware of anything. Finally, her mum persuaded her.
How surprised they were, when they walked into the principal office and he told them that there had already been taken actions in the matter and Max regretted everything and wanted to apologize.
Never bully or make fun of others. You never know how it will effect them or what they have been through.
