What do Civil Engineers do?
Civil Engineers build structures like houses, apartments,
and bridges.The railroad for the trains are made by Civil
Engineers also.


Page 4To be a civil engineer, you need to a bachelor degree of
science in engineering, a master degree of science in civil
engineering, and the doctorate of engineering in civil
engineering. The more you know the more you get paid and
more people are going to want to work for you.

Civil Engineers can work any were. Most
engineers work in California,Texas,Florida,New
York,and Pennsylvania. They can work in the whole
United States.Depending on were you are depends
on the money you get.

How much money do Civil Engineers earn?
A Civil Engineer can earn $24.91-$60.67 hourly, depending
on how much knowledge you have.Yearly, they can get $51,810-
$126,190 also depending on how good you are.
When you first start you
start out with a little bit of
money and from there you
get more and more money.


The way you get more money is to have a lo of
knowledge.Most civil engineers don't work a lot but the
government gives them money for building they built.

The tools civil engineers use
Civil Engineers use certain kinds of tools.They use programs
to design the building they are going to make.They can also use
blueprints, but after they have there blueprints the can build
model of the building. The tools the civil engineers use are
measuring rod, a specific camera to lay out the landscape, and a
sledge hammer if they need it for wrecking the house.
