Lucy was welcomed into this world on November 4, 1921 in Sedolen, Kansas.

2
Her favorite subject in school was spelling because she learned from it.

3
Her favorite memory with the family was when her Aunt had gotten Lucy her own pair of glasses.

4
Going to school was her favorite childhood memory because she learned to play and do other things.

5
A memory she liked when she was a parent was when her and her family went to Brookville on Sundays to see my Grandparents. Lucy and my grandma would cook food while Bill (her husband) and my Grandpa were cooking BBQ. The kids would all get together and they would go play or walk the town while the parents were cooking.

6
Lucy did not like milking the cows for a chore to do when she was a child. She hated it because the cow's tail kept moving to keep the flies away. Also, her hands would hurt during the winter because of the cold weather.

7
She came from a poor family, the didn't have fancy things. They had food to eat but again nothing fancy. A family rule was that the kids had to eat everything that was on their plate, even if that meant they didn't like it. As soon as they were old enough to work they got a job right away. The kids had lots of chores because they had lived on the farm.

8
Lucy and Bill had met through her Aunt Dot. Her aunt had introduced them to each other. Lucy and her husband had meet around the time that her dad come home from the war.

9
Lucy and Bill had talked about things and one thing they had talked about was marriage. Nothing specific to how she got asked, just that they were talking about things and marriage came up, then he had asked her to marry him.

10
Her favorite memory with her husband was on their 50th wedding anniversary because all the kids were there to celebrate with them.

11
Lucy find most rewarding about being a parent is her kids because it is something to be proud of.

12
She would not change anything about how she raised her family because she took it for better or for worse.

13
A major goal she has right now for herself, is to keep her memory. She doesn't want to lose her memory.

14
Lucy didn't have a certain person that she admire the most in life because she took everyone as a friend.

15
Lucy has many personality qualities, some of them include: friendly, caring, loving, helpful, funny, and honest.

16
She wants everyone to know that she is stubborn because then people would be warned before asking her a question.

17
If Lucy could only keep five things in her life, she would want to keep her kids, grand kids, great grand kids, friends, and her health. She wants to keep these special things because they mean the most to her and they give her something to live for.

18
She is not afraid in specific things, but certain things do worry her.

19
If she could witness anything in life, it would be to know that her kids are okay.

20
The best decision she has every made was when she had got married and had a family because it gives her something to feel proud of.

21
Her kids and her grand kids cheer her up because she enjoys seeing them and if it wasn't for them it would be hard to tell what her life would be like.

22
The age she picked was late 20's to early 30's because that is when she was getting married and starting a family.

23
Her favorite holiday is Christmas because she spends it with her family and they are all together and she gets to tell the younger kids about Santa Clause.

24
She feels most proud of her family.

25
How she spends her free time is different everyday. It just depends on what she feels like doing. She used to spend her free time by going shopping with her grandma, but she gets tired easily now.

26
A perfect day to her is when her kids and grand kids come home. Also waking up to the sun each day because she knows she has another day to live.

27
When she was little, she didn't go many places just for fun. So if she could travel anywhere she would just travel to go see things, no where in particular.

28
If Lucy won the lottery, she would get something nice that she has always wanted to get.

29
She would not go sky diving nor bungee jumping because she is too old. All though she does like baseball because she grew up playing it and they was the only sport they had. She played outside all the time because there was no television.

30
A piece of advice she would give to teens is to do whatever you want to do, while you can as long as it is right. Also to stay on the right path and to take time to get things situated.
