THE BEACH

Once upon a time a group of Green Kids went to the beach.

They saw a man throwing plastic waste on the sand.

All Green Kids told the man:

-Take your plastic home! Don´´´ t throw plastic!

Stop pollution!

The man answered: Why not?Go away!

Green Kids said:

-Litter kills animals! You´ re killing yourself! Go home!

The man answered: SORRY! I´ ll never do it again. I´ go home!

After the Green Kids had picked up all litter on the beach, it was beautiful and people started coming.

Green Kids told people to keep the beach clean with messages like these: Stop plastic pollution!Litter Kills animals!Never litter!

Say No to straws!

Reduce plastic waste!

Re-use!

Recycle!

Use the yellow bin!

SAVE THE SEA FROM PLASTIC LITTER

Once upon a time some people throw plastic bottles in the sea.

And many more plastic litter.

Then a sea turtle Caretta-Caretta was so upset that said to them: " No more plastic in the sea. We can not stand it any more".  

She called all the Green kids.

Together managed to clean the sea.

They put the litter in the recycling bins.

They protested with plaques full of messages like "Do not throw litter in the sea", " Clean the sea".

" Save the environment"

Once upon a time, our planet was attacked by plastic rubbish.

Super Kid started cleaning the environment.

He also showed the people how to recycle everything and make their environment greener and cleaner.

Thanks to Green Kid, our planet became a more beautiful place to live in.

Green Kid goes for a walk and gets creative with plastic!

Green Kid was walking one day on the beach. He was horrified by all the plastic he saw.

He looked in the water and saw more plastic.

He also saw a turtle with a plastic bag in his mouth.

Please help! The sea is full of plastic bags. They get mistaken for jellyfish.

Help us! The sea is full of rubbish!

A seahorse also called out to him.

Green Kid thought hard and launched a competition.

Let's have a competition to clear the beach and make art from the rubbish!

Come on everyone - let's get going!

There were lots of entries. One person made an underground scene with the rubbish they found.

Another made a huge bird.

Green Kid loved the wave made with bottles.

The whale made him sad because it reminded him that animals are killed by plastic pollution.

One group found a beach ball, and used that to create a huge plastic fish eating the world. Green Kid declared that the winner.

Thanks everyone - we've cleared the beach and you've made some brilliant art to remind us of why we need to stop using so much plastic, and that we need to recycle as much as we can!
