Children’s rights were recognised after the 1st World war, with the adoption of the Declaration of Geneva, in 1924. The process of recognition of children’s rights continued thanks to the UN, with the adoption of the Declaration of children’s rights in 1959.

The recognition of the child’s interest and his rights become real on 20 November 1989 with the adoption of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child which is the first international legally binding text recognizing all the fundamental rights of the child.

However, not every countries has adopted this convention as USA and Somalia, despite these two, 195 statements have chosen to accept it. After all, many children slip through the cracks nevertheless it has caused an increase in school enrolment, a decrease of child mortality and also a decrease in child labour.
So, rights are different according to countries for example USA has faced major issue dealing with health, abuse, justice and so on. One out of four children is suffering from famine and especially underage children. As a consequence, the rate of American poverty is 20% while the rat of Afro-American poverty is 43%.
The International Convention on the Rights of the Child gives every child the right to a family. The right to the family makes it possible to link the child to a story and, above all, it offers him/her a perimeter of protection against the violation of his/her rights.
Children separated from their families become easy victims of violence, exploitation, trafficking, discrimination or any other type of abuse. However, it may happen that the family, which should in principle protect the child, may abuse the child.
The father and mother use their rights and perform their duties by deciding in their child's place. Their objectives are to protect the child by ensuring his or her education, development, safety, health and morals.
Only two countries in the world did not accept the declaration of children's rights. One of them is USA. And the other country is Somalia.
CHILDREN’S RIGHTS ;NATIONALITIES

USA is very good at protecting children's right. It is in first 15 in the world. But Somalia is really very bad in ranking.

First tenth is Scandinavian countries like Sweden, Scotland and Iceland. Turkey is on average. Spain, Germany and France is a little higher. Romania ranks the 114th among 182 countries.

In the top 10 countries in the ranking, all children are almost equal, but this rate decreases as the ranking falls, and in the last countries, the rights of children are almost non-existent.

Maybe a little classic, but I think not only in the first 10 countries but in all countries of the world every child should have equal rights.

Developed countries should raise awareness to children's rights issues. The country's child rights issues should primarily be worked with families in the first place, as it is directly linked to families.

And perhaps a number of new precautionary measures should be taken to protect the rights of children, such as children's education laws, Universal Declaration of Children's Rights.
