Lemonade

*6 lemons

*1 cup sugar

*6 cups cold water

Directions

*Juice the lemons to make 1 cup of juice. To make your labor easier, firmly roll the lemons between your hand and counter top before cutting in half and juicing

*In a gallon pitcher combine 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup sugar, and 6 cups cold water. Stir. Adjust water to taste. Chill and serve over ice.

Beet, lemon and celery juice

Beet, lemon and celery juice is a great boost of energy. This is one of the reasons why athletes reach for it, e.g. before a change. A mixture of these ingredients with the success of a substitute and morning coffee, therefore you will have a day full of challenges, you can reach for it without fear, start your day.

Ingredients:

1 apple - without nests, diced

1 lemon, peeled

2 celery

1 beetroot with leaves

1 handful of spinach (fold)

A method of preparing:

Blend the lemon, celery and apple in a juicer. Then add to the beet juice cut into small pieces and a little spinach. You can add lemons or another apple to the next drink to enhance the sweetness of the drink.

Orange, carrot and pineapple juice

3 medium-sized carrots Half a small pineapple peeled

STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

½ cup plain yogurt

2 cups strawberries frozen

1 banana fresh or frozen

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons honey

Directions:

1.Place frozen fruit in the blender, add remaining ingredients.

2.Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

3.Leftover blended smoothie can be frozen in cubes for future use.

Ingrediens:

A method of preparing:

1. Add all ingredients to the bowl.

2. Mix thoroughly.

3. Fry thin pancakes in a pan.

4. Pour maple syrup or add your favorite fruit.

Spring salad

Ingredients:

lamb's lettuce

a bunch of radish

a handful of blueberries

mozzarella cheese

Dressing:

3 tablespoons of olive oil

salt

pepper

A method of preparing:

1. Wash the lettuce, radish and blueberries.

2. Slice the radish.

3. Put vegetables and blueberries on the platter.

4. Add mozzarella cheese.

5. Pour over the dressing.

Recipe for a shot of turmeric and ginger
Ingredients:

3 turmeric rhizomes (50g)

1 ginger rhizome (20g)

1 lemon

1 orange

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper a little oil, e.g. from linseed

oatmeal cookies with raisins

1.5 cups of oatmeal 1/2 cup of cashews 1/4 cup grated coconut 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup of raisins.
