Hi! I'm Julia.
Pancakes are my favourite food for breakfast.
You need:
- 1 cup of wheat flour
-1 cup of milk
-2 eggs
-canola oil
- ¾ cup of sparking water
-a pinch of salt
- jam
Mom sprinkles them with powdered sugar or adds whipped carem with juice and fruit. After such a breakfast, I have the strength for the whole day.


The recipe:
I put a small amount of butter on slightly toasted and warm bread, then I take my favorite strawberry jam with a fairly thick layer.
That's all. It's simple and delicious.

I usually prepare cereal with milk for my breakfast.
First I take the bowl.
Next I put some cereals into it.

My favourite breakfast is porridge.
Recipe for the perfect porridge:
Half a cup of oatmeal
1 cup of milk or water
Add the flakes to the pot and then pour milk or water over them.
Cook over low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
Put it into a bowl and add your favorite fruit or nuts, etc.

A typical Polish breakfast are sandwiches
with lots of toppings.
Ingredients:
1 bagel , half a small tomato, basil orchives, salt, sausage, pepper , a tiny piece of butter
How to prepare:
Cut a bagel in half and brush it with butter.
Put one slice of meat on it, then cut four slices of tomato. Arrange two on each part. Add basil, chives
or any other addition you like. At the end, sprinkle salt and pepper on our dish.

tomato and chives.
You do it like this:
Cut one sausage, a tomato and chives. When you have it all cut, then throw an egg, chives and sausage into the pan and wait for the egg to be dot and put it on the plate. Then put the tomatoes that you cut on the plate.

My favourite breakfast are toasts in eggs.
Ingredients:
eggs, toasted bread, potato seasoning, salt,
ham, cheese, milk and butter.
A method of preparing: Break eggs, season with spices and add two tablespons
of milk, salt if necessary. Between two slices of bread
add cheese and ham and dip in eggs on both sides. Fry the toasts in a pan with pieces of butter on a slow fire. Wait until they turn golden.
Toasts can be spread with ketchup or other sauce.

Pies are my favorite breakfast.

Ingredients:
Flour 1.5 glassful
Milk 1 glassful
Sugar 2 spoons
Vanilla sugar 2 spoons
2 eggs
Baking powder 0.5 spoon
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder and milk. We mix all the ingredients for the dough thoroughly.
2. Pour a little oil into the pan and put the dough in portions. Bake the formed pancakes on both sides until browned.
3. Sprinkle the finished pies with powdered sugar.
It's very easy meal and very delicious,
I like this breakfast.
Scrambled eggs are one of the most popular
Polish breakfast.
Ingredients:
5 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Prepare with the egg mass, break the eggs, season them with salt and pepper. Use a whisk or fork to slightly break the eggs so that the yolk mixed with the egg white. In a frying pan over low heat, melt the butter. Pour the eggs into the melted butter and make scrambled eggs over the same low heat, stirring constantly. If you notice that the scrambled eggs start to clump at the bottom and lumps start to form, reduce the heat even more. Scrambled eggs should be made very slowly, for 8-12 minutes, depending on the number of eggs and the size of the pan.

I'm from Poland. I would like to show you one of many typical breakfasts in my country. It’s eggs! In Polish: jajka. Actually its not my most liked breakfast. But I like it!
Receipe for boiled eggs
Ingridiens:
2 eggs and some mayonnaise
Peparation:
Take eggs and put them into a pot. Boil eggs in water from 5 to 8 minutes. When done, peel them carefully. Now , cut the
eggs into halves and spread with mayonnaise. At the end put them on a plate and eat! (You can also add some salt and chive).
