Hi guys ! My name is George and I am Greek ( that means I come from awesome Greece). I am turning 12 in September and I intend to finish elementary school this year [that is if Covid-19 doesn’t have any other ‘’wicked’’ plans]... I pretty much like school but my favourite subjects are Maths and Languages. I study English , Spanish and Chinese ( hello – hola – nihao). What I love most though is basketball. I am one of those boys that is addicted to the game. I play basketball on a local team but to be honest my primary aim is to excel in this sport and why not one day go to the NBA ?? “where there is a will there is a way” they say. I don’t often watch TV , but one of my favourite streaming channels is Netflix and I am really  fond of ‘’Lost in space’’. I also read fiction and non-fiction books one, of my favourite is Moby Dick. Names….are a funny thing. It’s traditional in my country for the first born boy to be named after a grandfather. So, Spyros is what they named me.

I am 12 years old and I come from the wonderful country of Greece. I have no brothers or sisters so as you can imagine I am an only child but with a dog which is part of my family and of my life. Her name is Sky and I consider her my furry sister.

I am just an ordinary boy who loves basketball and generally sports. I’ve been a part of a team since I was four which is a big part of my life. Other activities I do? Well, I play online computer games with my friends which is a lifesaver, especially during the quarantine!!! We talk to each other, laugh and my free time is spent brilliantly. It goes without saying that my parents always tell me to do something else but they get me!! They know that the situation is hard and they sometimes let me be. But I respect that, so I want to spend time with them, watching movies or playing board games with them.

School…..well school is school!!! Sometimes boring,,,, sometimes interesting but I try to do my best. I am good at maths, history, and geography. English is what I like best!!!

I wouldn’t say that I eat healthily, but I try….Who doesn’t like junk food? Let’s be honest, it is tasty and makes me feel good when I feel down.

I am friendly and I consider my friends to be a major and important part of my life. So, I try to be a good friend to them and care about them.

I don’t really  school,                                             especially tests! I always learn well, but I’m still very scared.
 I am 1.60m, I have got brown straight hair. Last year I had bangs but now I let them grow  - it looks like curtain bangs! I have got dark brown eyes. I really like black and pink colours. They are my favourites. Lately, I kind of like to dress up   in multiple colours, not only one. I love hanging out with my friends outside, especially when it’s sunny! this year, due to COVID situation, I miss all of them and I can’t wait to meet and share our experiences from last year.
