Apple protects our body with vitamin




Bananas make people happy like chocolate
Beans are nutritional powerhouses packed with protein, fiber, B vitamins, iron, potassium, and are low in fat; but this mighty food can also pose potential health risks.



Biscuits have sugar in them which will become unhealthy if eaten too many.

Bread will be good for breakfast.


Broccoli contains vitamins A C E K and B


Butter is a popular dairy product made from cow’s milk. Butter is generally healthy — and low in lactose — but may contribute to weight gain when eaten in excess.



Cabbage:It is good for the heart.
It helps us beat and fight cancer.
It has a lot of vitamin C in it.
Cake is unhealthy if you eat too much. I like cake very much




Carrot:It has vitamins A,C,K.
If you dont want to be blind eat carrot. It has folic asid.


Cheese is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein.


Cherry-
One of my favorite fruits is cherry.
Cherry is a fruit rich in vitamin C.
My brother and I don't like cherry

Potato chips are not good for you.



Chocolate increases sugar level


We can't sleep when we drink coffee.

Cola-Cola is not a drink suitable for human health. Because cola contains some foods that are harmful to health.


Cookies are unhealthy if eaten in excess.

Cucumber is a green vegetable and it is a healthy food. It contains B,C and K vitamins and it contains of 99% water. You can eat it how much you want.
Doughnuts are fried and they are so full of sugar. They are considered unhealthy.



Doner has protein in it but if consumed too much it will become unhealthy because there is fat in it.


EGG My favorite food for breakfast is egg

The taste of eggplant dish is very good.

Fizzy Drink-
Fizzy drinks are harmful to health.
Fizzy drinks contain brage amounts of acid.
I don't like fizzy drinks


French fries are not beneficial, on the contrary, they are harmful because they contain lots of oil in them.



Hamburger is delicious but is an unhealthy food. We can be obese in the future because it makes us overweight.
Hamburger has a realy high level of fat that is not healthy for our body.


HONEY
Honey isn't suitable for diabetics.
Honey cleans the blood.
Honey helps to digestive issues.

Hotdog is an unhealthy food. It is a high-calorie food and hotdog can make us fat. Being overweight is not good for us.


ICE CREAM - My favorite food in summer is ice cream.
Ice cream is made from milk and contains vitamin D.
My favorite ice cream is strawberry ice cream



Fruit juice is healthy, but not the ones bought from the market, but healthy that we make ourselves.


Ketchup-Ketchup is harmful to human health. Ketchup contains harmful substances.

LEMON-Our mothers make us drınk lemon juice when we have the flu.If we consume lemon than necessary it can be harmful for our body
.If we take lemon into our body properly we will provide vitamins to our body.Consume lemon for healty days but consume as much as necessary or you may get sick


LEMONADE
Lemonade can damage tooth enamel if we drink too lemonade.
Lemonade is a good source of vitamin C.
Drinking lemonade refreshes.


I bought a lolipop my brother from the grocery store.


Meat is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals in your diet.



melon is a very beautiful and useful fruit.


Drinking milk every day is good for the bones and may reduce heart disease risk.



Mushroom is rich in the B vitamins. It better for a healty skin.

Nut- It is very useful food for human health. Nuts contain useful substances for human consumption. Nuts are also good for the brain.

OIL-If fat is used too much diseases such as flu will occur in our body.If fat is consumed in a balanced way it gives energy to our body.As long as the oil is used in plance and dosage it does not harm body.Use the oil well then have healty days




The olive is healthy because it is natural.

Onion goes beautiful in salad.



Orange has Vitamin C in it.

PASTA-Since the rate of fat in pasta is high we should pay attention to its consumption and not consume more than necessary.The raw material of pasta is wheat.Pasta energizes.When pasta is consumed too much it makes us get weight


The pastry is unhealthy because it has a lot of calories.

Peach is a fruit and very healthy.



Pear very is healthy and I like it very much in summer.



PEPPER
Pepper may improve blood sugar control.
Eating too much hot pepper damages the stomach.
Pepper helps losing weight.
Pizza is an unhealhty food. It contains lots of karbonhydrate. If we consume so much, we can have some health problems.


If we eat every fruit in ist season, it is healthy. The fruit we eat in sipring is plum.


Potato - a healthy food. It is a vegetable grown underground. Potatoes contain vitamins K, C and E


Sandwiches aren't really very healthy because they are high in calories, sodium, fat, and sugar


Sausages are highly processed meats which can harm your body in the long run.



Strawberries- healthy food.
They are rich in vitamin C. Medium-sized strawberries contain as much vitamin C as 1 orange

Sugar is importart for our health, but if we consume too much, our teeth will rot

Tea reduces the risk of heart disease - Tea can potentially improve the blood flow around the body, by widening key arteries and reducing the risk of clots.



Breakfast is not without tomato.


Wallnut: It causes sleep.
