Palace of Versailles: One of the most unique masterpieces of French Baroque and contemporary architecture, the Palace of Versailles was built in 1682. Designed by many famous architects .The palace brings vitality to the development of Versailles tourism. The building, which is located on 7 hectares, currently operates as a museum.It is in the UNESCO's world's heritage list.


Baguettes
A beautiful piece of French culture. This long loaf of bread has been made in France for centuries. Baguettes are an indispensable part of everyday life and you will find Parisian baguette in any meal.
Croissants
Cheap, yet unforgettable. They are made using organic flour and certified butter, baked to perfection to give it that crunchy golden exterior. These buttery pastries are well worthy crossing Paris for. Your breakfast may never be the same again.

Onion Soup
It is another famous food in Paris. This traditional food consists of a rich flavored soup of broth and caramelized onions topped with a layer of melted grated cheese mixed with crunchy croutons usually is served with some slices of half Parisian baguette.

Escargots(snails)
A national symbol, you just can’t leave Paris without trying them. The Escargots are presented in their shells and stuffed with a mouthwatering combination of garlic herbs and butter.

Duck Confit
Duck Confit consists of cooking duck thighs in their own fat until the skin turns golden and crisp and the meat is spectacularly moist and fork –tender. It one of the most luxurious of foods in French cuisine.

Jambon-beurre
Jambon _beurre is another typical food in Paris, the most Parisian food of sandwiches. It comes as a fresh half baguette. Its inside smeared with butter and filled with cooked ham with optional cornichons. It is one of the best cheap eats in Paris.

TRANSPORTATION IN PARIS
Paris is one of the biggest cities in Europe: it also has one of the best Transport Systems in the world.
METRO
It is the fastest way of getting around the city. It has 16 lines,300 stations and 62 connections, with a total length of 200 Km. It covers almost all the city.The symbol is the letter M or the words: mètro or mètropolitan. A single ticket is 1.90 €. IT opens at 5:30 am and closes at 1 am.
BUS
There are 58 bus lines that connect all points of the Capital with its closest suburban cities. In Paris there are over 60-day bus routes and 40-night ones.They have the same ticket as the metro and run from 5.30 to 0.30. Buses are sometimes slower than the Metro but passengers get to enjoy the view.
RER
RER - Réseau Express Régional.The Paris RER is a regional train transport system connecting the centre to its surrounding suburbs, the airport, Disneyland and Versailles.RER has five lines (A, B, C, D and E) and over 250 stations.



TRAM
Paris' tramways had stopped running by 1937, but this mode of transport has returned recently when the company decided that this comfortable and clean (no fumes) means of transport was ideal. It has 7 lines.
TAXI
Paris has over 20,000 taxis on its streets 24 hours a day. In Paris, they are normal cars with a “Taxi Parisien” sign on the roof.When the taxi is available, the taxi Parisien sign is green, then red when it's not. They are quite expensive.
THE FUNICULAR
The Montmartre funicular is a type of automatic electric railway and it transports over 2 million passengers a year. It can be used to reach the Basilique du Sacré Coeur avoiding the 300 stairs that connect the foot with the summit of the Butte Montmartre.
BATOBUS
The Batobus is a boat service along the River Seine with nine stops. You can get around easily with the best perspective of the city. Hours range from 10.30 to 16.30.
