Mama duck was swimming happily with her five ducklings one fine day . All the little ducklings were quite happy but one little duck wasn't. That little duckling wanted to go out of the pond for like ever, but every time he used to ask his mom to go outside the pond she would say NO! That little duckling was always stubborn and angry. His sisters and brothers tried to coinvence him but he won't budge. So one day he planned to go outside the pond while mama duck and his siblings were happily swimming. No one spotted him. He sneaked outside and was ready to explore the outside world.

Finally the outside world is here!

Little duckling was so happy to finally be in the outside world but he didn't notice that there was a lion right behind him standing there to eat him.

Little duckling was wishing he could stay here forever but when he spotted the fox he was panicked and start to shout help help help. Suddenly the red fox said '' SHUSH! I am going to eat you duckling!'' Little duckling started to run as fast as he could but he got tired. He wanted to go back to the pond but he forgot the way back . Then the little duckling spotted a little hole in a tree. He tried to climb but he kept falling down. A little squirrel spotted him and helped him climb in the tree hole. When they both were in the tree hole the little squirrel peaked and saw the lion disappear and they both went down to the ground. The squirrel said '' Are you lost sweety?'' The duckling said '' Yes i am!''

The duckling told squirrel all about what happened and how bad he was to keep pestering his mom to go outside and that he sneaked without anyone knowing that he is going.

Where is your home?

Helpful little squirrel told the duckling that someone will come later that day to help him and take him back home and she gave him a warning that dont be scared of that thing, it will not harm him or anything it will just take it back home. But after hearing the word dont be scared the duckling got even more scared and knew it would be a predator. Ohhh he wished he listened to mama duck.

Later that day the little duckling was roaming here and there exploring the so called outside world. And after walking a lot he came to a small town where he saw a group of boys who started to tease the little duckling. The little duckling got scared and ran off on his way back to the forest where he would see the thing that would help him get back to the pond.  He missed his mama duck ALOTT. Ohhh how he wanted to go back to the pond and hug his mama tight and not let go!

It was the next day little duckling was at squirrels house but said goodbye because he had to leave and look for the thing that would help him.
