Hello to everyone reading this!
I hope my message finds you well. I want to thank you for having an interest in reading my life story.
Always remember that our feelings are valid.

Kamusta?
This is Chris, a 3rd-year college student at Philippine Normal University. I am a student leader and a follower of Christ. I am also an extrovert who loves to spend time with my friends.
I hope by reading this, you will be inspired and at the same time motivated.

What I would like to share with you is some of the significant decisions I made this week. Reflecting on these decisions made me feel proud and, at the same time, peaceful.
As someone who is an overthinker and has anxiety, I feel like making decisions is hard. Being in the position to choose what is right more than what you want is not easy.
My decisions this week revolve around my leadership skills, academics, and my love life. I wanted to share this since I found this a good platform to impart my thoughts and feelings about the decisions I made.
This week has been a challenging week for me; different unexpected things happened to the point that I feel helpless. But I am proud that I am still here continuing the battle of the so-called "life."
So what are the things that happened? I do not feel the sense of enjoyment and meaning in learning during this online class for my academics. Every time some things are needed to be done, I usually do it on the deadline. There's no motivation at all.
Aside from this, I also underestimated the flexible time I have. So despite my decision to follow the schedule I created, I usually get tired easily upon doing just one activity. As a result, I decided to do other things in the next or following days.
My decision on sleeping patterns affects me a lot whenever I have a morning class. This week, I do not attend my 8 am class and was late in my 10 am class since I always sleep by 4 in the morning.

Thank you so much for reading or listening to my story.
Challenges may come in our lives, but one thing is for sure, we are bigger than our problems, choose to fight and be strong.
