Have you ever wondered how to plant flowers? Well, you have chosen the right book to learn about them. Let's use my flower rainbow. My rainbow is floral instead of having colours in it. Let us take a look.

Behold! This is the flower rainbow!

First, lets explore the pink flowers. Pink flowers galore! There are hundreds of pink flowers. Petunia, lupine, peonies, roses, bleeding hearts and more. Let's talk about the bleeding hearts, petunia, and lupine.

Petunia is the one I am going to start off with because it is a pretty plain flower. The petunia is like any other flower we draw. It blooms spring to summer and spreads. They come in all colours and have three seeds in the middle.

Lupine are flowers that have a tall stem like a lavender and have big raindrop - shape petals.

Bleeding hearts are like hearts! They are 

upside down hearts. The leaves look like 

cilantro.

Now, let's take a look at the red flowers. Can you guess which flower is red and most popular? If you said the rose, you are correct! The rose is not the only red flower. There are others like lilies, lupines, foxy foxglove and waaay more. 

Let us talk about the roses. They come to be very tall and thorny plants. They mostly bloom in the summer. There are pink, orange, yellow, white, red, [ of course! ] blue and more.  

Now, let's talk about the lilies. Lilies are small plants and there are about 90 species. They come in all different colours. There are tiger lilies, daylilies, and much more. You can't say exactly when lilies bloom because it 

depends on which lily exactly you are talking about. Most bloom in the spring. 

The daylily which does look like the daffodil but is not; blooms mostly in summer.  

Now let's explore the orange flowers. The orange flowers can be considered tulips for now. Lillies are orange too, but I already talked about them. Tulips are plants that bloom in the 

spring - April to May. The bulbs of tulips are a tasty food for squirrels and other rodents; so you will never be sure for all of them to come. They look very pretty and take two weeks to have buds. Two 

weeks later they will bloom, most likely.
