FOOD SCDUAL : it's the first plan you should make it cause this is the important part of becoming an athletic body .

WORKOUT :  Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance.

GYM TIME :you should make an schedule for you'r gym time , you should go to the gym at lest everyday or 3 time in a week . 

sleep schedule : Set a bedtime that is early enough for you to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.
