In a small village, many, many years ago, a poor woman, Mrs. Goog, lived. They called her that because she spoke well of everyone. It was winter and it was cold. So, Mrs Good got up in the morning and went to the forest to gather wood for her fireplace. Collecting wood, she reached the top of the mountain. Suddenly, the sky sparkled and a sudden downpour broke out. Luckily for her, there was a hut, near by, she had never noticed before. It was as if it appeared magically at that moment. Without thinking much, she approached and knocked the door.

They opened immediately and she entered. Around a large table a handsome old man was sitting. He had a white long beard and twelve handsome young men were sitting with him. The three wore furs, three wore wreaths of flowers, three wreaths of sheaves and the last three wore wreaths of grapes.
-Welcome, sit down to rest, the young men told her in one voice!
-Α! Thank you my good guys! Mrs. Kali answered and sat down. They started talking and the old man asked her:
-Which month do you love the most? Who is the best of them all?
-Mrs. Kali, after thinking about it for a while, answered in a kind and soft voice:
-All the months of the year are good and blessed. Everyone has their graces and their beauties
January brings the snow and the children go out to play with it and make snowmen.
March brings the swallows. April brings Easter, the great celebration of Christianity and May the flowers that make the whole creation look like a colorful painting. June brings the golden cobs and July the sea baths. Oh, and August gives us summer fruits, refreshing and delicious. And then September brings harvest and joy. October the rains that the earth asks to quench its thirst and November the olives, the best food. And finally December, what a joy, the big holidays, carols and children's voices.

-My sweet lady, these are for you: wood for your fireplace and this bag that you will open only when you arrive at your house and close the door well first. Have a good trip!

Mrs. Good thanked them and said goodbye, taking the road back home. When she reached her poor house, she closed the door, opened the bag and what to see !!! It was full of gold coins.

Mrs Bad ask her where she found the money. Mrs Good told her everything
Mrs. Bad ran to the mountain to find the hut. After she reached the hut, she knocked on the door and the young men opened it.
-Good morning grandma, come inside to rest and treat you something.
-How can you say it’s a good day? It’s cold and cloudy and nothing is good, she answered them angry.

Tell us please, which month do you love the most? Who is better? They asked her.
-They all are awful, she answered
