Week 7

The weekend vacation with my boyfriend's family is so awesome. I did not regret going with them.

As I go back to my usual routine in life, I suddenly got a call from my Aunt. She told me that Nanay and Tatay had an argument with our neighbor in Bulacan and they had a quarrel.  

My grandparents are already seniors and they were harassed in their own house. They complained about the wall of our house because we did not have our own wall and that it was attached to their wall.

I know we are to blame because we didn't have any permission to do so yet it was built that way. It's been like that for 20 years and this is the first time they had a fight with our neighbor. This neighbor is really rude. They have no friends in our neighborhood that's why I was so worried to my grandparents. 

My grandparents are the ones who took care of me until college since my parents separated when I was 7 years old. My aunt was asking me to go home and stay with them for awhile because they were being harassed. She's also asking me to atleast give 5,000 pesos as a share to build the wall.

I was so devastated. I don't know what to do. I wanted to look out for them but if I go home, what about my work and mom and my siblings. And I don't have that kind of money.

Why is this happening to us? 

It's like my life is in a series of weekly trial. 

Is this the price of having too much fun?  

I was really stressed and the schedule of my work and class in school is colliding. Reason I wasn't able to attend some class.

I just wanted to give up..
