Hello everyone!
My name is Rebeca Hernández and today I want to tell you a little bit about my favorite food, I will describe my favorite food from starter to dessert.
Let's get started!
My Favorite Starter
Garlic bread knots

There is nothing tastier than some garlic bread knots as a starter and to prepare them we only have to mix the dry yeast with warm water. Let it stand for 10 minutes and set aside.
then make a volcano with the flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, milk, butter and egg, add the hydrated yeast and mix until a dough is formed, knead it for 20 minutes and then place it in a lightly greased bowl and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles its volume.
Then mix the butter with the garlic and parsley and set aside.
When the dough is ready, cut it into small balls of 30 grams with your hands, form a strip and make knots, place on a baking sheet, glaze with the garlic and parsley butter and ferment for 15 minutes more.
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
And ready to enjoy these delicious garlic knots.

My Favorite Main Course
Roast beef

To prepare it in a bowl add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons of mustard, ½ cup of perrins sauce, 1 cup of orange juice, seasoning powder and salt to taste and mix very well.
Then we pass the meat through the seasoned mixture and let it rest for 3 hours, so that it can absorb the flavors.
When the hours have passed, we put the grill to heat. Once hot, grill the meat, on both sides, until it is cooked to the ideal doneness for us, but preferably 5 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other side.
Then remove the meat and cover it with aluminum foil for 5 minutes, then serve.
This delicious dish can be accompanied
with casamiento or any complement.

My Favorite dessert
Chocolate and milk pie

To prepare this delicious chocolate-based dessert, you need to grind the chocolate cookies and almonds until they are pulverized.
then melt butter and add the cookie and almond powder.
then place the crust mixture on a pie pan and press it down.
then melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the condensed milk and let it cool.
Whip the cream until stiff, adding the powdered sugar and vanilla little by little.
And mix the chocolate with the condensed milk and the whipping cream in an enveloping way.
then pour the chocolate and condensed milk mixture over the cake.
chill the chocolate cake for at least 2 hours.
Finally, the delicious chocolate pie is
ready to serve.
