The Proclamation Of 1763October 7th 1763
Great Britain only allowed the colonists to
settle east of the
Appalachian Mountains. This made
colonists angry, and to protest
they moved west.
This proclamation was one of the
many things that lead to the Revolutionary
War. I would be angry and sneak westwards
with the other colonists.

The Sugar Act Of 1764 April 5th
The Sugar Act of 1764 was
important because it led to the
Revolutionary War. The taxes
increased on goods like sugar,
indigo, coffee,and certain types of
wine.I would grow my own coffee
and indigo so I wouldn't have to pay
taxes.

The Quartering Act of March 22nd of 1765
The Quartering Act forced colonists to help
Britain by housing British soldiers and
supplying them so Britain would spend less
money and put debt on colonists. The colonist
did not want to supply the British and care for
them. Colonists thought they were being spied
upon. If I had to shelter the Red coats I
wouldn't if I could barely shelter myself and
my family.

The Stamp Act Of March24th 1765
This act gave Britain the power to put a tax
on most printed items, such as news
paper,books,and e.t.c . The colonists had to
have a stamp to prove that they paid their
taxes. Colonists were angry and protested by
boycotting British goods. Colonist demanded
Parliament repeal the new law. I would do
the same thing that the colonists are doing,
and refuse to by British goods.

Townshend Act Of June 29th 1767
The Townshend Act consisted of Great Britain putting
indirect taxes on imports and suspending New York
meetings until the Quartering act was obeyed. Angry
Colonist did not buy British goods. There were fights
between the Colonists and British soldiers as well.I
would stay away from the fights with red coats.

Boston Massacre March 5th 1770
In this event, British soldiers were feeling threatened by
colonists so they fired their guns and ended up killing
five people and wounding others. Colonists were angry
at the event, to the point where they refused to work
with British people at all. If I was there in I would get
revenge on the soldiers that shot the unarmed
colonists.
