ACTO 1 - ESCENA 1

Se abre el telón* y se ilumina la sala; en un parque

Narrador: El árbol siempre fue muy cascarrabias no le gusta que lo molestaran, además   era muy callado, pero tenía dos amigos llamados Flor y Gota de agua. Se llevaba muy bien con los dos pues  fueron su compañía cuando estaba muy triste por que le iban a cortar sus raíces.

Gota de agua: -¿Porque estas triste mi amigo árbol?

Flor: -Si, cuéntanos qué te ha pasado porque estas tan triste 

Árbol: -Estoy triste ya que en unos minutos van a cortarme mis raíces y ya no podremos volver a vernos.

Flor: -!Eso es terrible!

Gota de agua: -No te preocupes nosotros te ayudaremos.

Flor: Hola chicos qué les parece la idea de hablar y razonar con ellos para salvar el árbol.

Margarita: Sí me parece una gran idea, !hay que ayudarlo! No debemos dejar que le hagan eso.

Mosca: La verdad es que siento que no importa si cortan al árbol, siempre ha sido un cascarrabias y enojón.

Conejo: !Que dices Mosca! El es un gran amigo y aunque sea callado no podemos dejar que le pase eso.

Tulipán: Si, todos somos iguales y si tu no quieres ayudar te puedes ir de aquí porque ya no eres bienvenido aquí.

Gota de agua: Esta decidido, vamos a conversar con las personas a ver si podemos convencerlos.

Las 2 personas: Permiso señores vamos a cortar a un árbol muy molesto que estorba en este parque.

Flor: No ese árbol es nuestro amigo y por eso estamos aquí.

Tulipán: Queremos conversar con ustedes para que no corten al  árbol .

Conejo: Si, ese árbol siempre ayuda a los niños dándoles sombra a los niños.

Margarita: De hecho aunque no lo parezca se divierte mucho con los niños y los niños con el, así que no deberían de hacer eso.

Las 2 personas: Esta bien nos convencieron mientras los niños sean felices nosotros también.

ACT 1 - SCENE 1

The curtain opens * and the room lights up; in a park

Fly: The truth is that I feel that it does not matter if they cut the tree, it has always been a curmudgeon and angry.

Rabbit: What are you saying, Fly! He is a great friend and even if he is quiet we cannot let that happen to him.

Tulip: Yes, we are all the same and if you don't want to help you can leave here because you are no longer welcome here.

Drop of water: It is decided, we are going to talk with people to see if we can convince them.

The 2 people: Permission, gentlemen, we are going to cut down a very annoying tree that is in the way of this park.

Flower: No, that tree is our friend and that is why we are here.

Tulip: We want to talk with you so that you do not cut down the tree.

Rabbit: Yes, that tree always helps children by giving children shade.

Margarita: In fact, although it may not seem like it, he has a lot of fun with the children and the children with him, so they shouldn't do that.

The 2 people: Okay, they convinced us as long as the children are happy too.

ACTO 1 - ESCENA 2

Se abre el telón y se ilumina la sala;  en un parque con un clima agradable, se encuentran Eduardo, Cecilia y Árbol.

Eduardo: -¿Cómo estás Cecilia?, 1Que bonito día!,   agradable para jugar, podemos hacer muchas cosas, correr sobre el pasto, quizás hacer una casa en el árbol o meternos a una alberca, el clima está muy agradable.

Cecilia: -Claro Eduardo, me agrada mucho la idea, ya es fin de semana, tareas y trabajos ya hemos entregado, ahora si  ! A disfrutar se ha dicho!

Eduardo: -Esta bien, mira lo que acabo de encontrar, un  árbol grande, que tal si podemos clavar unas maderas y así hacemos una casa del árbol, invitamos a todos los de la colonia.

Cecilia: -Claro, hasta podemos hacer un club, yo lo voy a  decorar con algunas flores, vamos, empecemos por juntar unas maderas resistentes, luego me puedes ayudar a clavar sobre el árbol.

Narrador:- Los niños rápidamente se dirigieron a sus casas para buscar todo lo que ocuparían. Ya al empezar a clavar  las tablas, sintieron como si alguien se estuviera quejando, los niños quedaron sorprendidos frente a esta situación.

Árbol: -ouch...(ENOJADO), ¿Qué les sucede niños? ¿Ustedes creen que pueden hacer y deshacer sobre mí? ¿Acaso no tienen corazón?

Árbol: -Niños no deberían de andar haciendo cualquier cosa donde se les plazca. !Todos tenemos vida! Deben a aprender a respetarla así que bajan a construir a otro lado y déjenme dormir en paz.

(Los dos niños se sorprender al ver que el árbol puede hablar)

Eduardo: -¿Hablas? pero…¿ Cómo es posible,? ¿ Acaso estoy soñando?

Cecilia: -Yo también lo escuche, pero a qué se deberá.

(Se cierra el telón)

ACT 1 - SCENE 2

The curtain opens and the room lights up; Eduardo, Cecilia and Arbol meet in a park with a pleasant climate.

Eduardo: -How are you, Cecilia? What a nice day! Nice to play, we can do many things, run on the grass, maybe build a tree house or go to a pool, the weather is very pleasant.

Cecilia: -Of course Eduardo, I really like the idea, it is already the weekend, tasks and jobs we have already delivered, now yes! Let's enjoy right now!

Eduardo: -Okay, look at what I just found, a big tree, what if we can nail some pieces of wood and thus make a tree house, we invite everyone in the colony.

Cecilia: -Of course, we can even make a club, I'm going to decorate it with some flowers, come on, let's start by gathering some resistant wood, then you can help me nail it to the tree.

ACTO 2 - ESCENA 1

(Se abre el telón y se ilumina la sala. En un parque y una alberca donde Eduardo y Cecilia se pelean con otros personajes en un día caluroso.)

Árbol: -Amigos, porfavor, ustedes creen que me siento bien al estar soportando todos esos clavos, y mucho más el querer ustedes cortar mis pobres ramas, ¡ah que humanos tan inhumanos, piensen por favor!

Cecilia: -Está bien, mira nos iremos a jugar a otra parte, entendemos que al formar parte de la naturaleza eres un recurso muy importante, vámonos Eduardo aquí espantan, ya no solo las aves cantan si no los árboles hablan.

Narrador: -Los niños se van pensando en lo realizado, siguen caminando por el parque aburridos pues ahora ya no harán su casa del árbol, de pronto la niña se detiene a ver una flor, se impresiona pues es muy bonita.

Cecilia : -Ya viste Eduardo, esa flor, yo la quiero, yo la quiero!, (EMOCIONADA). Ayúdame a cortarla, la quiero en mi casa.

Eduardo: -Para que la quieres, igual se te secará, no te va a durar mucho.

Cecilia: -¿Cómo que para que la quiero?, pues para verme bonita, de aquí en adelante podré ser una bailarina estilo hawaiana.

(Se acercan a cortar la flor)

Flor (ENOJADA): -Que les pasa, como se atreven a molestar a una hermosa y bellísima flor, váyanse de aquí o me los como enteritos.

Cecilia: -yo solo quiero cortarte flor, y llevarte a mi casa, colocarte en mi cabecita, ahí estarás mejor cuidada que en este parque, en mi casa te cuidaré y protegeré.

ACTO 2 - FINALIZACIÓN DE LA ESCENA 1

Flor:- No, no me quiero morir, no sabes que necesito de la luz solar para poder vivir, necesito agua también, a las flores no nos agrada estar en un jarrón con agua, y mucho menos colgada en ti, si nos cortan ya no será lo mismo, por favor te pido que reflexiones, y si quieres a tu planeta, cuida a tu naturaleza.

Eduardo: -La flor tiene razón, yo te lo había dicho. No te preocupes flor bellísima, hermosísima, ¿o cómo dijiste que te llamabas?, pero bueno no te arrancamos, mejor vámonos amiga, hay otras cosas más interesantes que hacer. Los niños al seguir caminando se detiene en una alberca, a la niña se le ocurre una nueva idea.

Eduardo: -Pues bien, si no podemos hacer una casa del árbol, tampoco podemos cortar la flor para que seas una bailarina, qué te parece si llenamos la alberca con agua, con este calor estaría muy bien.

(Se cierra el telón)

ACT 2 - SCENE 1

(The curtain opens and the room lights up. In a park and a pool where Eduardo and Cecilia fight with other characters on a hot day.)

Tree: -Friends, please, you think that I feel good to be supporting all those nails, and much more to want you to cut my poor branches, ah what inhuman humans, please think!

Cecilia: -Okay, look, we'll go play somewhere else, we understand that being part of nature you are a very important resource, let's go Eduardo, here they scare you, not only do the birds sing if the trees don't speak.

ACT 2 - END OF SCENE 1

ACTO 2 - ESCENA 2

niños. Al acercarse los niños hacia la llave y comenzar a tirar agua.

Gota de Agua: -Hola niños, ¿tienen calor?

Niños: -Si tenemos mucho calor, queremos llenar la alberca de agua y mojarnos mucho rato dentro de ella.

Gota de Agua: -Niños...niños...¡¿ No han escuchado la importancia del cuidado y protección al agua..

Eduardo: (La INTERRUMPE) Mmmm, no pero creemos que hay mucha agua en el planeta, con decirle señora gota que por mi escuela pasa una sequía y ahí tenemos mucha agua.

Cecilia: De hecho he visto fotos y videos en libros de la escuela y en el internet, donde se puede ver desde el espacio la gran cantidad de agua que hay en nuestro planeta.

Gota de Agua: si enanitos, pero es importante saber que solo el 1 % del agua de nuestro planeta es potable y menos de este uno por ciento la puede usar el hombre, por ello les repito la importancia de cuidar el agua.

Eduardo: ¿Y tú cómo sabes tanto?, a ver, ¿Dónde estudiaste eso? 

Cecilia: Bueno...Gota de Agua tiene razón, yo pude leer una información aparecida en una enciclopedia, que decía también que dentro de algunos años se podrían acabar nuestras reservas de agua.

Gota de Agua: Si enanitos; y es por eso que les pido que ayudemos a nuestro planeta a recobrar sus fuerza y no destruirlo nosotros mismos. Ayudemos a proteger los recursos naturales que aún tenemos.

ACTO 2-  FINALIZACIÓN DE LA ESCENA 2

Eduardo: - (ENOJADO) Primero no somos enanitos, ya estamos en sexto grado, sino pregúntele a nuestros profes que ya volamos para rebasarlos en la estatura, y si Señora Gota de Agua, realizaremos una campaña hacia el cuidado de las plantas y del agua en nuestra escuela y comunidad.

Cecilia: !Sí! y también daremos  a conocer a nuestros vecinos la importancia del cuidado del medio ambiente en general, ¿Verdad que nos pueden ayudar?

Eduardo: Claro que si 

Cecilia: Entonces manos a la obra.

(Se cierra el telón)

ACT 2 - SCENE 2

Kids. As the children approach the faucet and begin to pour water.
