I would like to say that the game Phasmophobia is the only reason why I wrote this book. In my opinion I think that Phasmophobia is a really fun game to play. 

My name is Joe, I love ghost hunting. I always liked mysteries. Then one day a ghost company asked me if I wanted to work for them. "We will pay you $360 if you help us," asked the Ghost Runners. I excepted their deal. "You will start tomorrow," said the Ghost Runners. I crawled into bed after the phone call, and fell to sleep. The next morning I woke up and went downstairs. I ate a bowl of cereal, drove about 1 hour, and walked through the doors of the Ghost Runners.   

I was thinking it was going to look cool, not all business. "Come with me," a man announced.

"What's your name," I asked.

"Bill," the man replied.

"So Bill, where are we going,"

"To our boss," Bill instructed. 

I saw all kinds of offices and paper work. I wondered if this was going to be a fun job.

"We are here," said Bill. 

"Hi how are you," commented the boss. 

"Good, how are you," I asked.

"Not bad," he replied. "You are headed north," he added.

"Where," I asked.

"In Springfield," he said. "You and your partner, Bill, will find out what type of ghost is haunting the Hoster family's house. "We need to know what type of ghost it is so we can exterminate it," explained my boss. "We will also let you barrow one van to hold all of your equipment," stated my boss.

"Let's go," said Bill. I was so excited to go and  find a ghost. Bill told me that we're going to have to pack up some equipment. We brought a spirt box, EMF reader, flashlight, UV light, ghost writing book, and camera. We packed it all up and left. When we arrived it was dark outside.

The house was bigger then I imagined. It was a 2 story house.

"The house is huge" I described.

"Joe, it's only a 2 story house," Bill explained. 

"Well it's my first time hunting a ghost down," I said.

"True," Bill responded. "Okay, this is how it's going to work," Bill demanded. "You're going to bring the EMF reader.  The EMF reader will allow you to find where the ghost is in the house.  The EMF reader will beep if the ghost is in the same room as you.  The EMF reader is important to us so that we can study the ghost in the right room it is in," Bill explained.

"The UV light is for any fingerprints that are left behind.  The spirit box is to talk to the ghost," Bill explained. "You are going to ask it random questions and if it replies back, it's most likely to be a spirit ghost," lectured Bill. "There are 3 more pieces of equipment to talk about," Bill instructed. "Well I don't have to explain what a flashlight is nor a camera," Bill said. "I will explain what the purpose is of the camera," Bill insisted.

"If we see ghost orbs on the camera, that means it could be a spirit or a wraith ghost. The ghost book is for the ghost to write in and if it writes in it, then it could be a wraith or a demon. If you see any type of ghost throw any thing it's probably a poltergeist. The possible ghosts are wraith, demon, spirit, and a poltergeist," lectured Bill.

"Wow, you explained a lot," I pointed out.

"Well, we have a lot of work to do, so let's get busy," Bill ordered.

"Grab some equipment and let's start," Bill requested. I went in the house and as peculiar as it is, all the lights were on. Before I left, he told me to grab a walky-talky. I was very excited that I was actually going to hunt a ghost down. I was a little shy about this job but I always wanted to do this.  The house looked fairly new and had very little dust on the outside of the house. I walked through the door of the house

I had an EMF reader in my hand at this time. Bill also mentioned that most ghosts don't like the light. I went and turned of most of the lights. I walked into the living room. Boom! I walked toward the source of the sound. It was coming from the kitchen. "Bill I think that the ghost is in the kitchen," I said surprised.

"Okay that is good," Bill announced, "Hold up the EMF reader and see if you get a reading on it," Bill said. I held it up and beeped very loud. "I'm getting a reading," I said
