Gezegen gezginleri projemiz 7-11 yaş arası çocukların güneş sistemi, gezegenler, uzay ile ilgili bilgi edinmesini, eğlenceli etkinliklerle yaparak yaşayarak ve gözlemleyerek ilgisini arttırmak, bu alana ilgi duyan küçük bilim insanlarına ilham vermek amaçlı oluşturulmuştur. Aynı zamanda öğrencilerimizin dijital çağın gerektirdiği becerileri kazanabilmeleri için web 2.0 araçlarını etkin bir şekilde kullanarak 2023 eğitim vizyonu çerçevesinde gelişmesi sağlanacaktır.

Our planetary travelers project was created to increase the interest of children aged 7-11 about the solar system, planets, and space by doing and observing fun activities, and to inspire little scientists who are interested in this field.
At the same time, in order for our students to gain the skills required by the digital age, web 2.0 tools will be used effectively and they will be developed within the framework of the 2023 education vision.

I am Maria Riga and I have been working as an English teacher for 12 years. My teachers call me “Miss Mary” and it is my signature name! Since 2015 I live permanently in Patmos (a small island in the Aegean Sea, near Samos island) and I teach in the Primary School of Skala. My students are 6-11 years old but for this project I am working with my 6th grade students (11 year olds). It is my first time as an “eTwinner” and I am both excited and nervous!
