"A Critical Approach on Social Media and Influencers"

It's the most beautiful time of the year, lights and Christmas decorations everywhere. Everyone is spending their money on Christmas decorations, everyone but mostly Carol.
Carol is a christmas freak meaning that she is obsessed with the christmas holidays. No one knows why she is like. She is very mysterious but she is the kindest person anyone knows. She knows everything about Christmas and she also believes in Santa Claus, what a baby!
She lives in an enormous house and she has one room though that she doesn't let ANYONE in. I tried to go in there one time and her whole personality changed in a second. She immediately threw me out. I know that something is up with her. I just need to figure it out.

One morning I decided to check out her room because curiosity was killing me.
As she was leaving for school I decided to stay behind and break into the room. My heart was pounding and my hands were sweaty as I turned the doorknob.
Imagine my surprise when I stepped into the room.
In the middle of the room I saw a big round mirror, but it wasn’t a regular one. It’s surface was translucent and moving back and forth as if it was alive.
I went closer to it and I was very surprised to see through it a magical winter landscape.
I realized it was a portal to an enchanted world of Christmas.

I entered the portal that led me to the world where Santa Claus lived.
This world was not ordinary . Although it was winter, the atmosphere was pleasant, no blizzards at all. I was charmed. I saw a snow slide full of happy children and cheerful elves with burning cheeks.
The joyful children came to me and greeted me, and the elves asked me what I was doing there. Their questions took me by surprise and I suddenly answer:
I`m looking for Santa Claus!

However I did not receive the reaction I was expecting.Their happy smiles faded away and for a second I thought that I had seen fear in their eyes. Confused, I asked concerned “Is everything ok?” “Oh yes! Everything is perfectly fine!” answered nervously an elf that seemed to be the leader of the rest of the small pointy-eared creatures.
I was now sure that something was off, but I couldn’t figure out what exactly. Something was weird and I had to figure out what, and I needed to fix it.
Without losing time I looked around to get a better image of where I was, and came to distinguish that far far across, smoke was coming out of chimneys. The elf noticed what I was looking at and tried to distract me. I understood his intention and played along with it. Afterall, I did not know where I was .
“We are threading popcorn for our tree, would you like to join us?” asked another elf. He was a different elf but something about him was very vulnerable. I instantly knew that he had the answers to my questions and that he’d be willing to help me. “Why yes of course!” I answered in hopes that he’d help me out and maybe, just maybe, I’d manage to get to know something.
