Last Friday, Jack went to school. "Goodbye mom!" said Jack.

Suddenly his mother called him, "Jack, you forgot your bread", said mother. Jack went back to his mother and took his bread.  "Thank you, mom!" said Jack.

During recess time, Jack plays with his friends in the classroom. Clara asked, "Have you eaten your bread, Jack?". Jack replied, "Oh no! How can I forget? Well let's eat now!"

 Jack took the bread out of his bag with his dirty hands. Suddenly Clara shouted, "You should wash your hands first!" 

But then it's too late, Jack had already touched the bread with his dirty hands. Then his friends called him to play again. Jack put back the bread and continued playing.

A few days later, when Jack wanted to take out his homework, he realized that his bread was still in his bag. He was shocked and confused when he saw black spots on the bread.

Jack ran to his mother and showed the bread, "What are these, mother?" asked Jack. "Oh! You must have touched the bread with your dirty hands!"

"These green spots are called mold" said, mother. "Oh, what is a mold?" asked Jack. Mother replied, "Why don't we ask Mr.Moldy itself? Let's call Mr.Moldy"

Jack shouted "Mr.Moldy!". Mr.Moldy comes and introduces himself. "Hello Jack! I am Mr.Moldy, who is also known as Fungi. I am not a human, I am a germs that grows on your bread." 

Jack was still confused and asked "How did you grow on my bread?"

Mr.Moldy laughed and said "You can find us on any surface. We grow by eating all the nutrients and moisture from the bread."

"Getting enough nutrients makes us grow bigger, bigger and bigger!".
