One of the events that most marked the life of the baby boomers was the technological development, the appearance of new media and tools for work and communication, such as: radio, color television, telephone, etc

Among the artists who most marked this generation were John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr who formed The Beatles in 1962. They are an enviable generation, since they lived at the time everything that young people would have liked to live.

They are characterized by having large families, being conservative and value having a job for life.
They are partisans of conservatism, their customs and ways of life are traditional.

The baby boomers were also characterized by being passionate about their work and looking for job stability with long-term contracts, retiring from companies was their goal because it guaranteed them peace of mind and a state of comfort.

CHAPTER 3
Millenials
Millennials are considered to be people born between 1982 and 1994 and technology is part of their daily lives: all their activities are mediated by a screen.

Over time, technology has become a part of everyone's life, and millennials are part of this transition. They need to develop more competencies in the social, work and economic fields to keep up with the times.

Unlike previous generations, the world, due to the economic crisis, requires them to be better prepared to opt for a job, where competition is becoming greater. As opposed to generation X, digital natives are not satisfied with what they have had to live and are ambitious to achieve their goals.
Nevertheless, the millennial generation lives with the label of being lazy, narcissistic and spoiled. In fact, Time magazine labeled them in 2014 as the self-centered generation.

The younger generations are the most committed to ecology and the environment. According to the GlobalWebindex study, 6 out of 10 millennials (22-35 years old) are willing to pay a higher price for ecological and sustainable products.

CHAPTER 2
X Generation
Generation X covers the period from 1965 to 1981, during the reconstruction of Europe after the war. They have not had an easy life, since, after a turbulent period, having a job was a great challenge. Working and producing was their philosophy of life, leaving idealism aside.
Generation X is the generation whose parents are part of the baby boom generation, people born at the end of World War II until the early 1960s, who are characterized by being conservative.
