A cheese farm in Spain

This farm has 100 years of history. There are 3 families living there, and there are 20 workers who don't need any vocational training. There are three thousand sheep in the farm! 

The process starts when the milk is extracted and treated. Then, cheese makers separate the lumps from the liquid and they use moulds to shape them. Finally they are cured. In this farm, there is cured cheese and semi-cured cheese. They are both delicious!

Manchegan cheese is very special. It must have a ticket that says it is authentic manchegan cheese. In order to have this ticket, sheep must be feeded in manchegan fields.

Its flavor is tangy and salty, ranging from mild to sharp. It is crumbly and has a slightly grainy texture.
