Once upon a time, there lived a manly maroon seahorse
named Beau and a ladylike lemon-colored fish named
Weesa. Beau and Weesa had lived on the same ocean
floor in Myrtle Beach for as long as they could
remember. They had never gone outside their pint-sized
proximity, and, except for a few migrating minnows,
they had never met another sea creature who had not
grown up on the same seafloor of Myrtle Beach.
Everyday, Beau and Weesa saw the same boring
barnacles, commonplace clams, dull dolphins, lifeless
lobsters, and stuffy squids.

Sure, Beau and Weesa were content with their
surroundings, and they loved their families in Myrtle
Beach, but the two best friends had always dreamed about
awesome adventures. On their daily swims around the
seafloor, the yellow fish and the red seahorse discussed
these majestic and heroic journeys. They longed to explore
the unfamiliar.

One day, on their daily stroll across the ocean floor, Beau and Weesa
noticed something delightfully different. Among the miles and miles
of uninteresting ocean floor, they saw a silver can with a red blob on
it. An orange fish with a petite purple petunia propped on her gills
swam out of the can. Beau and Weesa knew ALL of the ocean
creatures that lived within miles of them, and they had never seen this
fish before. "Hi, I'm Tootie," the unfamiliar upbeat fish exclaimed. "I
am pleased as punch to meet you pals."
"I seem to have gotten lost. I think I got caught in the current while I
was sleeping. Can you help me find my way home?" asked the
observant orange fish. "Sure! Where are you from?” asked Weesa. “I
live on a ship in Folly Beach,” stated Tootie. Beau and Weesa looked at
each other excitedly. Finally! An adventure! "We don't know much
about other places, but we do know that if we work together, we can
help you find your way home!"

So, the terrific trio of Weesa, Beau, and Tootie, set
off on an adventure to find Tootie's humble home
in faraway Folly Beach.

After swimming miles and miles, Beau, Weesa, and Tootie were getting terribly
tired. Suddenly, they heard a vivacious voice among the deep waters. "Well hello,
there!” Where was this voice coming from?
"It's me, down here!"
The three friends looked down and saw a beaming, mustached blue crab. "I'm
Pooch, the blue crab. I don't believe I've ever seen the three of you around these
parts. You must be lost." "We are!," exclaimed the three friends. They were
excited to see another sea creature. Maybe this blue crab could lead them in the
right direction. They were determined to find their way back to Tootie's home.
"We're looking for my home in Folly Beach." "You've got a little ways to go.
You’re currently in the wonderful waters of Litchfield Beach" said the blue crab.
"Follow me, I'll show you the way!"

For what seemed like weeks, Weesa, Beau, Tootie, and Pooch
joyfully journeyed the ocean in search of Folly Beach. “I just can’t
swim any more. My fins are fantastically fatigued and my tail is
terrifically tired,” Beau explained. “I think all four of us need to
take a satisfying siesta because....” Before Beau could finish his
sentence, the four creatures stopped in their tracks.
What was that gleaming golden box in front of them?

“Never seen a treasure box, huh?” asked an opulent octopus as she
emerged from the shimmering square.
“We don’t mean to bother you,” said Tootie. “We’ve been looking for my
home in Folly Beach for quite some time and we’re all terribly tired.”
“I’m Kitty, the radiant red octopus. You all have got quite the trip ahead
of you. You’re in my wealthy waters of Pawley’s Island. These wondrous
waters can get lonesome at times. You can take a relaxing rest here, and
we’ll all continue this jolly journey in the morning.”
Weesa, Beau, Tootie, and Pooch were so thankful for kind Kitty’s helpful
hospitality. They decided to get a sound sleep and continue their
exciting expedition in the morning.

The next morning, the sea friends were rested and ready to
continue on their journey. They told terrific tales of the high seas
and sang silly saltwater songs to pass the time. Soon, the group was
greeted by a sea turtle. “Hi, friends. My name is Pie, the sea turtle. I
heard your loopy laughter from many miles away and I wanted to
see the fantastic faces behind those very vibrant voices.”
“Sorry, we didn’t mean for our loud laughter to wake you. We’re
looking for my home in Folly Beach. Can you help us?” “Sure!,” said
Pie. “You’re in Isle of Palms now. I’ll take you to Folly Beach. But
keep your speech silent. We don’t want to wake the sneaky sharks.”
