Welcome to the Central
Aquarium of stability! This is
a place of happiness and
joy! Bernie and Nina watch
as the new comers drop into
the clean blue water. Here
comes Boka, then comes
Novsky! Now there's Pod,
and the last one is Snap!

It's okay
to be
different!
Just be
yourself!

This is Michael Milo. He loves all of
his fish and chooses which ones to
join the tank with care and love!
Michael's fish
can only see
out of the top of
their home. He
says its for their
protection.
Even though his fish only get to
see him when he feeds them
they still love him very much!

All the fish in the tank are very close. Bernie
and Nina are great friends. He thinks she is
the nicest fish he's ever met! Nina knows
Bernie doesn't look like the other fish but
that's why she likes being his friend.

Today Michael is cleaning the
tank! They finally get to see
the world outside! Bernie
notices a poster on the wall
that reads "It's Okay to be
Different! Just be Yourself!"
Then he notices something
outside the tank and gets a
wild idea!

What Bernie noticed was
especially strange... there
is another fish tank! Its
right next to where he
lives! He wondered why for
just a second and then
couldn't handle it anymore!
He gobbled up more fish
food than even he thought
possible and jumped out of
his home and into the
strange tank beside it!

This new tank was dirty and dark and he could
barely see ahead of him. Bernie was very
scared. He began to swim around to see if
anyone was in there with him. As soon as he
began to regret what he did and loose all hope,
something wonderful happened!

From behind the darkness, two fish came to
meet Bernie. Their names are Jake and Ruth!
Bernie discovered that they were banished here
by Michael before he even lived in his tank!
Michael didn't like them because they were
different. He didn't feed them daily and he
almost never cleaned the tank.

Bernie knew he was
different too and
thought that maybe
if they came back to
the big tank with
him, Michael would
see that being
different is okay! The
poster even said so!
After a minute or so,
the three of them
jumped back into
the big tank.

Michael had put back the walls of the
tank while Bernie was gone and didn't
notice him missing. The fish were
shocked at the weird creatures Bernie
had brought back with him. Bernie told
them the story while Jake and Ruth
filled their bellies. The fish were
extremely interested in Jake but he
kept on eating to distract himself.
